Nice place in Littleton

Location: if you like sushi, there is a good place right across the street.
After a false start, we had a good stay. The first room we were sent to upon check in had not been cleaned yet. After an early start to our day, an early flight and long car ride, we looked forward to a nap. Not a huge deal, but needing to go back to reception to change room was just a bit irritating. The second room was ready and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The hotel has free wifi, which worked just fine, and free breakfast. The breakfast seemed to have something for everyone. Even the " no carb" member of our party was satisfied.

Dip in the bed.

Cons: New mattress. Front desk needs to facilitate customer and follow up.
Location: Good access to C470 and southwest Denver.
Room and hotel itself just OK. Pre-paid my stay and checked in at 3:30. Was placed on a first floor room, requested that I be on the second floor. Was told this was not possible as it was "spring break". No follow up with from staff. Room was next to vending area and pool access. 3 hours sleep first night becasue a guest needed to fill a rather large ice chest at 1:45 am. Mattress in my room need to be replaced or flipped as there was a pronounced "dip" Not very comfortable. Overall.....Meh.

Wonderful view of the foothills

The hotel was very clean. It was very well maintained. The breakfast staff and maintenance staff were very friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff sat in the office a lot and took a while to get attention. Really could use a bell.

Pros: no problems, excellent ++!
Location: location on 470 SW Denver area. near Redrocks. easy to commute downtown (except during rush hours).
great bargain. friendly staff. good location on 470 (SW Denver)

Not too pleased.

Pros: Maybe the breakfast???
Cons: Check in staff and for the money we had to pay, a frig and micro?????!!!!!
Location: Was there for a basketball tournament did not need "things to do".
Could not believe that we could not get a room with a frig and microwave. We had a small pet dog and so we were without a frig or micro. Keeping her food is the main reason we need a frig. And as high as the rooms were, I was not going to pay extra for a frig. My daughter and son-in-law had no pet, but their room did not have a frig or micro either. Really??? Almost every hotel, even lower priced ones have a frig and micro.

I would however like to point out that we do have rooms available with a refrigerator and a microwave; however that was not the room type that was booked. In the future, please reserve a suite, which comes standard with a refrigerator and microwave. I do apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you and I hope next time you are in our area you will stay with us again.
