I had a good stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable! Everything in the kitchen worked great. My only turn off is them holding so much money per day of my stay and making me not have access to it even though some days of my stay we're considered free. I had $420 on hold unable to use. I understand people may damage property, but I don't think it's right to actually hold it( instead of just on file) when there is no damage done. I am aware all Hilton's are doing this now and it seems like financial discrimination. Also, the pool and hot tub had a dirty look to them, maybe it was just stained in places but it wasn't appealing. Though, I did see people using both without issue. Overall, a good stay as I never heard neighbors.

Upon arrival, it was impossible to pull out of traffic and into the arrival area due to cars being backed up. Once finally in the check in area, I realized they were very short staffed. Out of our control, but made for a less than pleasant experience. I asked the person checking me in for a kid-friendly dinner recommendation. She handed me a voucher for one free drink at a bar nearby. Room was ok. Bathroom was disgusting. Loud HVAC system outside kept me awake at night, as did someone through very thin walls having a very good (and NOT kid friendly!) time. Do not recommend!

The pool was gross they tried to charge my card without me knowing of 600.00. Then tried to charge me other unnecessary fees. The breakfast could have been better. Their up charge for food in their little “store” is outrageous.

We definitely liked the parking area across the street when valet was not available. The location is great for access to shopping, movies, etc. Our room had some issues but was overall okay. We were not happy to not have access to the pool or gym during our stay. We understand that renovations were being done but it would have been nice to have access to the gym equipment, which could have been moved to a different area of the building. We picked that place because of the gym equipment, besides the location. Booking through Expedia is convenient but lessoned learned: call and double check on amenities. We would recommend the hotel but would have friends and family check first to make sure the pool and gym renovations are completed.

The hotel was very nicely furnished and very clean but all the trash cans had no bags there were no towels in our room and even the ice container didn’t have a bag. It seemed like someone had cleaned the room but didn’t stock it. the desk staff was not very friendly at all but the valet staff and the housecleaning staff were incredibly sweet. over all i would stay here again just bring your own bags lol.😝

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no computer/printer for use by patrons, however the staff went above and beyond and printed what I needed. Very disappointed the hot tub was not working… But the free daily breakfast was great! Our room had a full refrigerator, stove and microwave, so perfect if you have leftovers to reheat or food to keep cold. Many floors are under renovation so I’m thinking every floor will be updated soon. Free bus just outside to take you to several stops which was awesome! Overall a good place to stay.

The stay was fine, but the hot tub and pool were closed (which was why I selected this one), the kitchen had broken tile, and I paid more for a mountain view which the only to see west was a glimpse from the south facing window! That was deceiving. Breakfast was mediocre too.

Trip was amazing. Bed was a little hard but loved the space in the room. Had some issues on the last night because of little kids but security was on top of the problem.

Disappointed. Rooms are not clean. Stayed for a week in two different rooms. Expect the very least effort from the cleaning staff. Rooms are not clean. We found clothers from previous guest undet the couch cushion. Only a few of the amenities advertised. My wife was double charged for an item purchesed at the overpriced convenience store. Save your money and stay at a motel 6.

The hotel itself is nice. Room was large and had comfy beds and a nice kitchenette! The breakfast was better then most hotel Breakfast and had lots of seating room. The area immediate around the outside of the hotel was mediocre. Trash on the streets, did not feel safe to walk at night if you were alone. The hotel itself was great however, great view of the mountains. I would definitely spend the money and have my car valet in the area.

I stay here regularly when I go to Denver; the staff are always warm and friendly; and the value constantly wows me! I always get a full suite with a kitchen and living area for under $100 and a full hot breakfast in the morning. It's conveniently located downtown, in a safe walkable location, and close to my work, and dining.

They did have to move me due to the room not being cleaned yet, however the new room was perfect. Jackson at the front desk was very accommodating, professional, and friendly. The valet staff was prompt and friendly.

No rooms available at noon. No roo.s available.at.3 p.m. regular check in time STILL no rooms.available at 5p.m. Seco d time this has happened to me here. Nice hotel great location but check in is a disaster.

The staff stole from our room while we attended the Broncos Sunday night football game. We also had a do not disturb door hanger. They also double charged my CC for the room, and are unwilling to credit. I dispited it through my bank and received a credit. Unless you have time to dispute charges and can afford your possesions stolen, Id avoid staying with Homewood.
