The room and facilities needed some upgrades, repairs, and pool/jacuzzi not in service. The staff and breakfast were all very welcoming, helpful, and professional.

Excellent hotel for getting to and from the airport. Quiet area given proximity of the city. The room was fantastic. Very clean, but chilly!! I would stay again!

We picked this hotel specifically for the pool as we are a family of 5. The pool was closed. Went to their sister hotel to swim, and came back to our room to shower and there was absolutely no hot water in our room. To top it all off the whole place smelled strong of marijuana. Terrible experience and the manager was not helpful. Would never go back.

The hotel has all the necessary amenities, providing laundry facilities, fitness facilities and pool. The staffs were friendly and nice, including the shuttle drivers. Great stay, would choose again if in town.

Nice pool and hot tub. A bit outdated, comfortable bed in the king suite with lots of room. Breakfast was delicious.

We live in the mountains and stay at airport hotels before early flights. This was a huge step up from our usual choices for a modest price increase and well worth it. Very clean and modern feel to the rooms with full kitchen and suite feel. Helpful staff. Was very impressed.

After a long day at the airport and a two hour time change, check in was incredibly easy. My app wasn’t working, but the front desk associate was wonderful. I was checked in, Hilton rewards were added to my account because I booked with Expedia and they weren’t added, and in my room within 5 minutes.

This was a perfect place for our group of five to stay in before a concert. We had a two room suite and it gave everyone plenty of space to hang out and relax before the event. I did find some trash under the bed and on the tv stand from a previous guest as well as something splattered on the wall that needed cleaned off. We also only had luke warm water for showering. Breakfast was excellent and the dining room was very clean. Had a little trouble with the keys working on the outside doors. Overall though, a great stay.

We had reserved a King suite and when we got to the room with all our luggage we discovered it had 2 queen beds instead. We had been traveling for 24 hours and were too tired to go back downstairs with 5 pieces of luggage so we kept the room but did not sleep as well in the Queen versus a king bed.
Spacious, comfortable suite. Loved that we could open the window by the bed, and even turn on a ceiling fan for cooler, night air. Excellent breakfast. Only negative was finding a human hair on the toilet seat.

Really an enjoyable stay. We stayed with our small children for two nights and felt very safe and well-taken care of. Breakfast was fantastic both days—especially the pan-fried potatoes and peppers. Very close to the Denver Nature and Science Museum,which was a fun place to take our kids.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Clean as clean gets. Friendly front desk staff. City taxes drive the nightly rate to ridiculous, including an ‘airport fee’, I guess for proximity.

Beautifully maintained but management needs work. According to the rules and regulations posted on the room door, check out time is noon. However, when I returned after packing my car at around 11:15 a.m. the key would not let me in. The front desk said that the keys were programed to expire at 11 a.m. and not at the noon check out time. She said this happens routinely and she did not know why they were programmed this way. On another occasion the breakfast attendant announced at 9:05 a.m. (with the manager standing next to her and quite a few people still trying to get breakfast) "I don't mean to be rude but I have to turn off the light now." It was rude even if the breakfast period is over 9 a.m. Running a hotel is different from running a military unit. It seems that the management thinks like a ship captain. This may keep things on time but is not good for personal relations.
My husband and I gave this hotel a grade of C. The room was nice, but my husband could not understand that the tv in in living room did not have hardly any channels on it. While the tv in the bedroom, had all the channels. He asked the front desk about this discrepancy, they had no clue.
We fought with the sheets and comforter. The sheets were too small for the bed.
The breakfast was ok. They had the Belgium waffle maker out once during our 4 night visit.
I do have to say, it was nice to not have to pay for parking.
