Where to Eat

Where to Eat

The Nickel - This restaurant's menu features fresh takes on classic dishes focused on seasonal Colorado ingredients. Products from local purveyors and suppliers are showcased, such as Method Roasters coffee, Emma Farms Wagyu beef, Palisade peaches, and Rocky Mountain grilled trout being. The restaurant’s name pays homage to the building’s original use as Denver’s Tramway Building, when nickels were collected as passenger fare and stored in the vault that still exists as private dining space for the restaurant today. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

The Barrel Bar - Part of The Nickel, The Barrel Bar features one of the most extensive barrel-aged cocktail programs in the state. The beverage program also highlights neighboring artisans, with cocktails made with spirits from Peach Street Distillers, Leopold Brothers, Breckenridge Distillery and Spring 44, all aged in vessels from Rocky Mountain Barrel Company. Happy hour is available.

The Study - The Study offers an ideal spot for lounging and socializing, whether for an intimate breakfast, coffee, an impromptu happy hour, or before and after the theater, where small bites, local craft beer and signature cocktails are the focus.
