Loved the hotel! Great location, clean, & friendly

Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness Atmosphere Staff Friendliness
Cons: I don't know that I saw anything... parking situation is unavoidable... as is the street noise. All this comes with being downtown.
Location: Denver Broncos Game, 16th St. mall within walking distance, lots of restaurants, shopping, movies, performances..MANY things to do!
We loved this hotel! The bathroom amenities were great.. very relaxing! The staff at the hotel was overly friendly! There was a young lady at the front desk that went above and beyond by helping us print our boarding passes the day before we flew out. Our room was clean and cozy. The only draw backs WE found as a couple was the parking situation. You have no choice but to pay for parking. This is pretty typical though when staying downtown. We also had a lot of street noise and people talking even though we were on the 7th floor. However, we had a great view and it was worth it! My husband ate breakfast several time in "The Study". The oatmeal looked delicious! and the atmosphere was great. Very cozy... We would def stay at this hotel again!

Beautiful hotel with a great location

Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: Rooms, appointments, friendly staff and fantastic location
Cons: Make sure that all elevators are working. Improve staffing at breakfast
Location: performing art center right next door and great restaurants and shopping around the corner. Also very good access to wonderful museums...
This was a return visit to Teatro and we will not hesitate to return. Since our last visit, there had been significant changes to the entry area which are a very nice improvement. We noticed that there is a new restaurant, The Nickel, but didnt have the opportunity to dine there. Menu looked great and we will definitely check it out next time. We did have a breakfast at the hotel and unfortunately they seemed to be having a bad service day.. staff was pleasant but order was not correctly placed. Took way too long as waitstaff explained that they had to cover room service as well. The hotel has 9 floors and two elevators- unfortunately only one was in service and the wait for the working elevator was annoying at times. Last visit in Denver, we stayed at the Four Seasons which is directly across the street. Rooms at Teatro are just as nice and overall experience is equal or better and provides tremendous value.

Must go to Teatro!

Posted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: Lobby bar and breakfast cafe! GREAT food!
Cons: Ok..being ticky tack here but it took a long time for hot water to reach my room.
Location: Right in the heart of downtown.
This hotel was exceptional!!! The staff was as good as it gets as well. I've stayed in many 5 Start plus hotel , (which comes with 6 Start price tags), and Teatro had that feel of a 5 Start boutique hotel experience for a great value. Great location too. Give it a try...you WILL NOT be sorry!!

Nice hotel in a great location

Pros: Great location.
Room was very nice but small for a 5 night stay. Bathroom was too small. Service was amazing. Food and wine in the lounge was excellent.
