Pros: Everything. The restaurant was fantastic, too.
Great hotel. Newly remodeled rooms, lobby and restaurants. Friendly staff. Much nicer than the Four Seasons, which is just across the street.

Nice hotel in a great location

Pros: Great location.
Room was very nice but small for a 5 night stay. Bathroom was too small. Service was amazing. Food and wine in the lounge was excellent.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Walking distance to Sports Authority Field, Pepsi Center and all of the great bars and restaurants that downtown Denver has to offer. The hotel also has a gratuity based car service that will take you anywhere in a 2 mile radius. The hotel's restaurant The Nickel was great. The only downside of this hotel was there was only one elevator in operation and the stairs don't lead to the lobby.

Pros: Nice room. Good location, excellent staff.
Cons: One of the 2 elevators not working, but only minimal delays. A bit noisy at night, so close the window. Coffee bar prices too high.
Location: Close to major sports venues, amusement park, Cherry Creek trail, 16th street mall.
Wanted a place close to Pepsi Center and good food. This is that place.

A gem

Pros: The hotel is a nice size - not one of those gargantuan complexes with hundreds of rooms and thousands of guests. Grat value for this class of hotel.
Location: Great downtown location, just around the corner from the pedestrian mall. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
We were in Colorado for a family riding vacation at a ranch about 2 hours west of Denver and stayed at the Hotel Teatro on our way back home. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants and to relax in luxury after a week of riding 6 hours a day. The hotel met all our expectations. We'll definitely stay there again when we're next in Denver.

Nice downtown hotel

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Hotel staff is very nice and helpful.
Cons: hot water needs to be hotter. TV system needs to be gutted and a new system put in.
Location: Right downtown. Very nice location.
Nice downtown denver hotel that is nice to everything. I've stayed here a few times and enjoyed it every time. Same nit picks as before: The TV system doesn't work very well. Mine stopped working on the last night. It's a product of the wacky control system they use. The other nit pick is the shower/tub water temperature: it's not nearly hot enough (luke warm at best). Very hard to get a hot shower.
