Hotel near a little bit of everything.Posted Feb 18, 2015
The Hotel Teatro is very nice, but the quality of rest is unobtainable. We had the pleasure of staying in room 308 for just a night and sleep was very difficult. Road noise filtered into the room as the windows seem to be from the 20's. The window coverings do help to block out some noise but if a fire truck goes by you feel like you were right next to it. The Valet was nice and they will take you to your destination within a two mile radius of the hotel, on a first come basis. They didn't offer to come pick us up so we aren't sure if that is a service they offer or not although would have been nice since it was snowing.

The Corner King Rooms are exceptional, the room appears to have been recently (there in winter of 2015) remodeled; warm soft stone tile in bath, great linens. Room décor modern, but still relaxed. Larger corner room provided comfortable seating area in addition to the king bed. We were on a 2nd floor, & while the one of the streets was a 2nd ally, the other side of the room was on one of the busier streets - still the room was relatively quite for being a downtown hotel. Both the main restaurant, The Nickel, and the breakfast area are very comfortable & nice. Very nice, large bar area in The Nickel. All in all, a great stay.

Concierge and the car service was awesome.Posted Jan 31, 2015
It was almost like we had our own butler. Staff had great recommendations and were really friendly and it was super dog friendly.

Perfect Hotel for Downtown DenverPosted Jan 30, 2015
Pros: Everything. I can't wait to stay again.
Location: Pepsi Center Larimer Square 16th St Mall Performing Arts Center
My boyfriend and I's experience couldn't have been more perfect. The decor is fabulous. It is walking distance to Larimer Square, the Pepsi Center, and 16th St Mall. Also, if you don't feel like walking they have a complimentary car service that will take you within a two mile radius. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast at the Nickel, the restaurant inside the hotel, was delicious. Honestly, the charm, hospitality, and location of Hotel Teatro makes this place a winner.

Lovely hotel in downtown Denver.Posted Jan 29, 2015
Pros: Almost everything.
Love the location and the interior spaces. Room decor and amenities are great. Lobby spaces and restaurant are excellent. One problem with Room 412 -- right outside the windows are big heaters/blowers on the rooftop of an adjacent structure. It was loud and distracting at night. I'd suggest offering the room with a "noise" discount.

Great, stylish hotel near Larimer SquarePosted Jan 12, 2015
Location: Downtown Denver, central to Larimer Square, Union Station, Oceanaire across street has a great happy hour.
We loved the Teatro. There is a big fireplace in the Lobby where you can sit all hours of the day. Breakfast is served in this library too. Staff is helpful and friendly. Comfortable rooms with lots of horizontal/desk type space. Large bathroom. Great old/large windows. We even extended our stay. Loved it!
