“Vibrant Staff”

The hotel is great, the rooms, the technology, the huge flat screen television, but the best part has to be the young, vibrant, energetic staff that smile at you and greats you coming and going! My new favorite place in Denver.

“great surprise”

No hesitation in visiting again. Great hotel, friendly service, and great renovations. I stopped liking Hyatts as they started to smell and look dated, but the new changes bring up the hotel caliber. GREAT room, flat screen, comfy bed - only drawback was not having a mirror in the small bathroom. This could have been expanded, but otherwise great place!!

“Nicely updated hotel with great service”

This hotel was nicer than expected. It is located right off of I-70 which is very conveniently located for any activities in or around Denver. The staff was very professional and accommodating to all our needs. The hotel rooms were very nice and spacious with large flat screen TVs. And they offer food anytime of day or night.

“Best stay for the price near Denver Airport”

I try to stay at another nice hotel on Quebec St when I'm in town, but only when I can get it for a discount, as it's a beautiful hotel and the rooms are better than home. I was arriving at midnight on my most recent trip (2am est) and didn't want to go very far before sleeping. I chose the Hyatt for a surprisingly low price and expected moderate accommodations. When I arrived I was warmly greeted, and given free access to the breakfast area since I was hungry. I went to my room and was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and look of it--beautiful, clean, and with all the details you could ask for in any other top 5 city hotel. Breakfast was excellent, and the hostess went to her car and let me borrow her Blackberry charger for a couple of hours. Everyone was pleasant, and I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Denver.

“Roomy room!”

The suite style of the room was great! The TV was huge, staff was pleasant, pool was clean, and breakfast was great! Easy access to the airport and even a few good eating establishments within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Denver for business.

Easy check in and out. Very, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with modern, user friendly designs.

“Lovely place”

This was a very clean and well serviced hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a little skimpy but there was a full menu for ordering 24/7. All the rooms are non-smoking so the air was very clean and the hotel is eco-friendly. Definitely the place to stay.

“Modern and Unique”

I found this hotel modern and unique for the Denver area, starting at the front door. One has the option to check in at a computer kiosk, or at the desk with the friendly and helpful staff. I arrived at my hotel at 11:00 at night, and was informed that they had soft pretzels and spinach dip out all night for guests. Very nice for someone who has had a long trip, is hungry and does not want to go back out to grab a snack. In addition, food can be ordered in the dining area. There was also a bakery with items available. The room itself had wonderful modern amenities, including large flat screen television. I also noticed that to save on energy, compact fluorescent bulbs are used, and guests are encouraged with the option to re-use their towels if they were staying for an extra night, to save on water and electricity. I've come across this in other hotels, but it's nice to see that it is also in a more luxurious hotel with updated amenities.

New, clean, great people, awesome room, couldn't be better.
