“Not Impressed”

The Room was beautiful, nice and spacious. Unfortunately The Cleaning Staff didn't clean the room as well as they should of. We stayed for 4 nights, out of those 4 nights our room was never once vacuumed, the Bathroom floors weren't cleaned, and the sheets on the beds were somewhat stained. The Lobby is nice and clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast left much to be desired. Over all I don't think we will be coming back to the Hyatt.

“Great customer service”

Everything was great, the staff were attentive and provided us with extras. Plentiful space and clean room. Breakfast was good, just wish they had more hot food offerings in the morning on the buffet. Free wi-fi, business area, big flat screen TV in room, and nice lobby area. Would stay again.

“Decent, one-night stay hotel.”

The location around the hotel was fairly nice; however, it is quite a drive from Denver, especially if you hit rush hour. On our way to the hotel from Denver, it took us about half an hour (Saturday night around 7:00). However, if you were spending time in Denver & Colorado Springs the location would be great. Room was nice and clean, no complaints there! Breakfast was average; overall would consider staying there again.
