“Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Friendly Staff”
The hotel was beautiful, and the room was beautiful. The down comfortors and pillows were fabulous. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a nice little map of Denver and directed us to the best shopping. Our housekeeper was friendly and enthusiastic. I was not expecting to pay for parking, and I was surprised to learn that there were no laundry facilities at the hotel. You can, however, for a fee, have the hotel housekeeping staff do your laundry for you. I was also surprised that there was a fee for toll free calls, and I was slightly disappointed that there was also a fee for internet use. My family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. If I'm ever traveling for business I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
“Great place to stay in Denver”
Hot tub was very small and had to wait to use it.
“Comfort and Quality at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center in Denver”
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last five years. I find it always comfortable and of the highest quality. The staff is very courteous and helpful. You will enjoy your night's rest with the comfort and qualify of the room furnishings. In room treats such as coffee and bottled water are at your fingertips, but the hotel's resident eateries are fabulous for breakfast and lunch.
“Great view - Great sleep”
The room was the larger one with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It had a panoramic view from the curved wall of windows that ran the full length of the room. Staff was extremely friendly and competent. Public transportation was great for going downtown or any place else in the Denver area. I plan to return in the fall.
“Nickles and Dimes”
Nicely appointed and well-maintained. Staff is almost omnicient. Amenities will 'nickle and dime' you to frustration. While many competitors offer increasingly free services, the Hyatt charges annoying fees. Bottles of in-room(generic) bottled water cost more than a cold beer in the Sports Bar. Parking options are valet/gratuity or pay-by-the-day self parking. You're only charged for DIY parking when you drive out. Mh impression was it's a ruse to keep you conveniently "in-house" for meals. Confronted with pay-to-connect internet, I found a good connection to free wireless through an adjacent hotel. (Will likely disappear after this review is posted.) Cuisine was excellent although limited for Hyatt. Possibly the finest service I've received in any hotel...ever. Maybe it's a trade-off for the 'nickle and dime' frustrations. It's your call.
“Great place to stay!”
This is a great Hotel! Have stayed here every time when in Denver, very clean.
“Great hotel, great customer service”
My only knock would be the communication on the breakfast offer. We bought coupons for breakfast and internet access at check-in. The breakfast coupons stated that they were for a continental breakfast. When arriving for breakfast, nobody at the restaurant could or would explain what was included or excluded from the breakfast buffet as part of the continental breakfast offer. Some of us were charged extra after taking items from the buffet that were not part of the continental offer. We asked what was included at the beginning and couldn't get a straight answer. We asked, "What can we have?" and the response was something to the effect of, "What do you want?" The restaurant staff seemed intentionally vague so as to coax us into adding onto our breakfast bill. That was the only sore spot. The rest of the hotel is just the best you'll see in my opinion. The customer service from everyone is exceptional. The facility is also maintained extremely well. Everything in the room and throughout the facility seemed new.
“great deal for the Denver area”
Second stay here and will stay here again.
“Very comfortable, i was extremely happy”
Best yet!!!!
“We will stay there again.”
We was there 3 nights during a weekend in Nov 2009. We love everything. Everything was really nice. Just love it. However they hold weddings during the weekend, so there is 100-300 guests in the hotel go around hallway and talk very loud all night long. After called front desk agents, they put someone in our hallway to keep the traffic quite. That was very nice. But remember a lot of weddings during the weekend!
