“Nice hotel, good location for Cherry Creek shops”

A little disappointed with the dinner in the evening and my breakfast was not quite as good as other hotels we stayed in on the holiday but overall we were pleased with our 2 night stay at the hotel and would return.

“"Denver Sports Weekend"”

Rockies on a Friday, Colorado State football Saturday, Broncos/Colts on Sunday. Great fun with friends. Enjoy JW Marriott location because of the trendy neighborhood and nearby shops, "Syrups" for breakfast only a short walk away, "Cherry Cricket" down the street for great burgers, "Elways" restaurant for dinner across the street, nearby park for walking, ease of getting to stadiums. Hotel bar is nice too. Always a good time.

“Clean, Friendly, Convenient”

The one thing that stands out at the Cherry Creek Marriott is the friendliness of the staff. You are greeted (often by name) when you enter or leave the building or when you pass an employee in the hall. Any little glitch is quickly fixed. Example, I could not get the pay per view movies to work in my room - but a quick call to the front desk had a technician fixing the problem within 3 minutes. Another day the hotel server was down in the business center. A staff member immediately escorted me to one of the employee offices to use their internet service. Little things like this mean a lot.

“Beautiful rooms and bathrooms”

The hotel's bar and restaurant were closed for renovation as well as the shop for buying newspapers or magazines, so this was a major inconvenience. It wasn't made clear to us when we made the reservation and it should have been. We ordered room service breakfast and the second time, about half of the things we ordered didn't arrive.

“good but valet”

Everything was excellent including a nice bathroom setup. However, it us basically a valet parking only which is OK except they don't tell you they will charge you $12.50/day. I consider this a definite flaw, but I would go back in a heart beat.

“WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL”

SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! THEY DID NOT TREAT US LIKE THEY CARED THAY WE WERE EVEN THERE. FOR THE PRICE OF THIS HOTEL, THEY SHOULD TREAT YOU LIKE A KING INSTEAD THEY TREATED US LIKE A READ HEADED STEP CHILD!! GREAT LOCATION THOUGH. EXTREMELY CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND CHERRY CREEK.
