Pros: Its very nice and its the closest to the Shopping mall

Great room, wonderful location. We didn't have to use the car except to go to Estes Park and to the airport. Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful with suggestions and the spa was nice too.

Exactly where I needed to be, with the great customer service one expects from a J W Marriott location. The staff is top notch! Perfectly situated in the heart of Cherry Creek. In walking distance to several Starbucks for quick meetings, dining at wonderful restaurants and shopping at Cherry Creek Mall.

The carpets had recently been shampooed. The entire floor that we stayed on smelled like wet dog. The room itself smelled fine but the closer you were to the door the more the wet dog scent seeped in. I'm sure they could have put something on the carpets that would have smelled better than wet dog.

My stay was for business that required the pre-shipment of a very large box. JW Staff was great for receiving it, notify me of its arrival upon check-in and assistance with retrieving it.

Hotel location was very good and most of the staff were very friendly . Hotel amenities were good and executive lounge was generally good . Room cleanliness was not good enough ( certain areas not cleaned ) and noise of house keeping staff starts from 0730 as well as room was like an oven during daytime due to lack of A/C efficiency ( the fan was not efficient with outside high temp. ) . Hotel price was too expensive for a four star hotel at Denver .

Pros: GREAT LOCATION. NICE CONCIERGE LEVEL LOUNGE W/ BEAUTIFUL VIEWS & GRAT STAFF & GENEROUS & TASTY SNACKS, COFFEE, TEA, DRINKS. FREE WIFI. SMART DECOR.
Cons: NOT CRAZY ABOUT PILLOWS. NEED TO FIX THEIR COMMUNICATION WITH EXPEDIA. (SEE ABOVE)
Location: GREAT LOCATION IN CHERRY CREEK; SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS, SMALL SHOPS, NEAR PARK FOR JOGGING. EASY TO GET TO AIRPORT OTHER AREAS. FARMERS MARKETS ON SAT.
BOOKED A 2 BED DELUXE ROOM WITH BREAKFAST. ARRIVED TO A KING BED STANDARD ROOM WITH NO BKFST. THEY SAID THEY GET NO INFO FROM EXPEDIA. THEY DID ADD THE BREAKFAST BUT COULD DO NOTHING ABOUT BED AS THEY WERE SOLD OUT. SEEMS JW NEEDS TO FIX THEIR SYSTEM WITH EXPEDIA. STAFF WERE NICE BUT WE HAD TO SPEAK WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES IRONING OUT THE MISTAKES.....WHICH WHEN JUST TRYING TO ENJOY A RELAXING STAY IS NEVER PLEASANT. OVERALL, OUR STAY WAS NICE. NEXT TIME I WOULD ALWAYS CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO CONFIRM AN EXPEDIA RESERVATION. DON'T CONSIDER THIS EXPEDIA'S FAULT....IT'S THE MARRIOTT'S RESPONSIBILITY. TO GIVE THEM SOME CREDIT...THEY DID GIVE US A PASS TO THE CONCIERGE LOUNGE & CREDITED OUR PARKING CHARGE. (THANK U BJ!) & IT WAS A SOLD OUT WKND WITH GRADUATION.
