Nice hotel near to business meeting

Posted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: Convenience
Cons: breakfast
Most aspects of the hotel were at least better than average with the exception of the breakfast. Their were very few choices and what was there seemed sub-standard.

Conveniently located in Denver Tech Center

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Convenient, good price, well maintained.
Cons: Maybe police your parking so guest have available parking instead of the lot being filled by View House patrons on Friday and Saturday nights.
Location: Shopping and restaurants
This hotel is conveniently located near Denver's Tech Center. There are plenty of good restaurants and entertainment in the immediate area. Park Meadows Mall offers excellent shopping two exits south. The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. The hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. I would seek a room on the north side of the property as there is a large popular bar located just south of the hotel. My room was on the south side and I was awaken each morning at 2:00 a.m. by celebratory patrons of the bar.

Comfortable

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: The location was very important. We were here in Denver for work, so it was important to be close to my work location. It was also nice that IHOP clos
Cons: Offer more hot food items for breakfast
Location: It was close to my work and close to IHOP and View House
My stay was very comfortable and I would stay here again. I would prefer the hotel offer more food type items for breakfast, but the coffee was good.

Location: Good location. Easy access to I25 and E470 (the toll road going to the denver airport).
Location is off Arapahoe street, which is the main street in Centennial.

Pros: Cheaper than others
Cons: cleanliness and too expensive for how dirty it is.
stayed one night for pleasure. This hotel is very dirty and older. If it was really cheap, it may be worth it, but it was moderately priced and this was way overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Rooms were cleaner than the elevator/hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: The customer service
Location: I choose that hotel because it was a business trip and was near to the facility I needed to go to.
very bad experience from start to finish. First she checked me in and gave me a key and when I went up to the room and opened it my surprise was that it was already occupied. And I told one of the cleaning ladies who notified the front desk then she didn't understand why I was upset and gave me an attitude. Then I had kids running up and down the hall way around 11 at night and had to call several times to have the front desk take care of the problem again sensing attitude. Then my room actually smelled like animal urine. But I was just not happy. When I spoke to the manager he also gave me a little attitude. So I checked out earlier than I was suppose to and because I told him I wasn't happy he didn't even try to keep me from checking out and didn't even give me a refund for the day I didn't stay. Because he said it was 6 pm. It was difficult trying to get another room it took me all day to book another room in another hotel. And btw the kids were at it again during the day running up and down the hall way and slamming doors and when I called the front desk the girl told me that there was nothing she could do and that they would be checking out that day. Really bad Service. The girls name was Jessica that checked me in and gave me a room already occupied. I couldn't get over that one and felt unsafe thinking if that mistake was done once it could have been done with my room so I was not comfortable leaving my belonging in the room and dragged my laptop and documents with me

Denver Stay

This was a perfect price/offering scenario. The hotel is perfectly located and the rate was great too. Room was large, spotless and had all the amenities needed. Nothing wrong at all. All was perfect.

Pleasantly surprised

Usually La Quintas are not great so I was not expecting much. However, the hotel was very nice, beautiful grounds and clean spacious updated rooms. It was a very pleasant stay.

broken room

Posted Jul 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
At first look we thought the hotel was better than previous La Quintana hotel in Albuquerque but our room had odd closet doors for bathroom doors that were broken and not able to be locked. The overall feel of the room was dirty and a bit shabby. Our room faced the evening Sun and was hot all night even though we had the a/c on maximum blast since arrival. The room was adequate for one night. The hotel lobby and grounds were nice.
