Location: Good location. Easy access to I25 and E470 (the toll road going to the denver airport).
Location is off Arapahoe street, which is the main street in Centennial.

Pros: Cheaper than others
Cons: cleanliness and too expensive for how dirty it is.
stayed one night for pleasure. This hotel is very dirty and older. If it was really cheap, it may be worth it, but it was moderately priced and this was way overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Rooms were cleaner than the elevator/hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: The customer service
Location: I choose that hotel because it was a business trip and was near to the facility I needed to go to.
very bad experience from start to finish. First she checked me in and gave me a key and when I went up to the room and opened it my surprise was that it was already occupied. And I told one of the cleaning ladies who notified the front desk then she didn't understand why I was upset and gave me an attitude. Then I had kids running up and down the hall way around 11 at night and had to call several times to have the front desk take care of the problem again sensing attitude. Then my room actually smelled like animal urine. But I was just not happy. When I spoke to the manager he also gave me a little attitude. So I checked out earlier than I was suppose to and because I told him I wasn't happy he didn't even try to keep me from checking out and didn't even give me a refund for the day I didn't stay. Because he said it was 6 pm. It was difficult trying to get another room it took me all day to book another room in another hotel. And btw the kids were at it again during the day running up and down the hall way and slamming doors and when I called the front desk the girl told me that there was nothing she could do and that they would be checking out that day. Really bad Service. The girls name was Jessica that checked me in and gave me a room already occupied. I couldn't get over that one and felt unsafe thinking if that mistake was done once it could have been done with my room so I was not comfortable leaving my belonging in the room and dragged my laptop and documents with me

Everything we needed

Posted Jul 16, 2014
The lobby was beautiful, the location was great, the room was clean. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The pool and courtyard were perfect. The rest of the hotel was dated, the doorknob into the room didn't work right and we had to force the door open every time, the rooms facing the pool and courtyard were noisy until 11 and the elevator was very slow. If I book again, I will get a room closer to the stairs, facing the parking lot, problem solved. Bonus: IHop was right next door for dinner.

We were satified

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Cons: Naturally it would be nice if the price for the room could be lower.
The choice of free breakfast items was satisfactory. It was especially nice sitting outside in their atrium garden to eat breakfast. This garden was well developed and maintained.

Disappointed

Posted Jul 5, 2014
For a non-smoking hotel, the hallways and elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel is right off Interstate 25. If you're unlucky enough to be on the highway side, you'll hear the steady roar of traffic all night long. The shower had hair in it...the curly kind. Light from the hallway came throught thee sides of the door. On the bright side it was kind of like a night light. Otherwise, the room was plenty big and comfortable. There was even a spare electrical outlet next to the bed.

Non-Smoking Room with smoke & attitude f/"clerk"

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Cons: Attitude & customer acumen.
Checked in late to this hotel, but had late arrival reservation & front desk clerk told others on phone they where sold out. Got to room & fresh smoke stink floating in room as we opened the room door. Called front desk "clerk" and got attitude when I suggested someone or staff had to have been in room very recently smoking; as the smoke was too fresh. The rude "clerk" argued with me that there staff simply does not do that and they had no room to move to at midnight. Funny, most hotel guests do not break into rooms to smoke, but this hotel must be an exception! The "clerk" is that at best as does not have education enough to know or care how you handle customers or issues that arise. Management needs to let him go or send him to charm school and teach him how to use an iron on his work clothes. Choose one of the other many choices in south Denver area vs this place.

Good Basics & Some Plusses

Posted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: The grand foyer with its living room space and small fountain leading out into the pool area is very elegant. The room was nice & beds comfy.
Cons: French doors to bathroom were annoying with their squeaks and took up space. Awkward configuration. Rooms need microwaves & a small fridge.
Location: Great mountain view! Close to Park Meadows mall area. Tons of shopping, restaurants, movies. Lite rail within walking distance & easy access to I-25.
My daughter & I visited Denver for fun in the big city. We like to stay in the Denver Tech area, close to Park Meadows Mall area where there is tons of shopping, restaurants, etc. We feel safe in this part of town & enjoy the views of the mountains to the west.We walked to see a movie, eat in the nearby restaurants, & do a little shopping. I needed to go downtown and caught the lite rail from the nearby Dry Creek Station. The Arapahoe station is also nearby. I-25 is very close with easy on & off, but the signs can be confusing. The motel's entrance is very impressive with its grand foyer, water fountain, and living room area that leads out into a nicely landscaped pool area. The foyer is also the area to eat breakfast in the morning, making it one of the nicest eating areas for breakfast I have seen in a 2 star motel. There is an IHOP right in the motel parking lot so we opted to go there to indulge in crepes and pancakes. Our room was nice with comfy beds, lots of pillows, and everything worked. It would have been a perfect room if a small fridge and microwave were included (like some of the similar motels in the area provide.) We didn't have a lot of contact with the motel staff, but everyone we did encounter was friendly and courteous. There is one elevator in the middle of the motel and moving luggage might be an issue if you have special needs. My daughter & I had a room on the 3rd floor & used the staircase to enter & exit the motel. All-in-all a nice place to stay.
