No microwave or fridge in room. Elevators slow or broke. Not very clean at all in general. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Not enough food for the people staying there. Ran out of items quickly. Sheets & towels old & not real clean feeling. Way too much cost for what you get. I won't stay again.

Visiting family in DenverPosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Desk staff
Front desk staff were terrific! Maintence staff a little lacking. Shuttle driver stood out front ,smoking a cigarette and watched my grandson struggle to load our bags in the truck without offering a hand. Maybe it wasn't his duty but even a stranger would have offered a helping hand. Breakfast and dinner at the Palm grill were very, very good. Pool was clean and heated perfectly. Again maintence was lacking a gentleman hanging a sign left the hose running in the pool, allowing it to over fill while he texted on his phone. The buckets and trash cans, holding umbrellas by pool were an eye sore and could be replaced at minimum cost, making a world of difference. Sounds kinda picky but it's all in the details. Offering complimentary coffee ,by front desk was appreciated.( cream would be nice though) again, picky but dry creamer is really bad for you. Overall, the stay was great and I will return to stay again.

Excellent location; few minutes from downtown DenvPosted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: I liked the service and friendly and corteous staff. Everyone was very helpful (specially Betty Martinez) a restaurant host.
Cons: Yes. The water dripping constantly in the stop ohf the shuttle bus. Not only is unsighly, it is as wellbad located. The drainage shall be change.
Location: The location is fantastic.Near to all atractions in Denver central.
The convenience of Shuttle bus form the hotel made our stay more pleasant. Despite that we rented a car riding the Shuttyle save us money and time.

Just a bit out of Downtown - With shuttle!Posted Jun 11, 2015
Cons: The hotel is a little outdated but over all the room was clean and nice for the price.
Nice, clean, decent free breakfast. Enjoyed being close enough to downtown without the downtown room prices. The shuttle is on the hour and easy to use. Pick up was quick once called and the shuttle drops off/picks up all over downtown area.

Overnight trip to DenverPosted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: The free van to several downtown areas was a very nice touch and saved parking fees and the breakfast I thought was above average.
Location: Convenient to several sites and including Coors Field, 16th Street mall, and Larimer Square.
Basically staying in Denver overnight to see a Rockies game and a few other downtown items. This hotel seemed to have satisfied clients and a reasonable rate for downtown so we selected it. It turned out to be a pretty basic hotel and popular with groups.
