This hotel is terrible,there was a snowstorm in Colorado which force us to find a hotel close to the airport for a one night stay. I called the hotel once we get to Denver to make sure they had my name and my reservation. They said yes, I asked about airport shuttle, they directed me where to go. I called again to ask about what time the shuttle will be out the airport, she said it is right there. I hurried outside and didn’t find the shuttle. I called once more and she said “it is pulling over in a few mins” it is -15F at this point outside. After a few mins waiting I called again to ask kindly, what do you think the eta is bec I’m debating to not wait and just Uber there. She said it is 30 mins away. How did she get from right outside, pulling out to 30 mins away all within 5 mins. So I decided to be patient and wait outside in the cold so I won’t miss the shuttle. The shuttle arrived 20 mins later but did not stop at the door. It drove passed everybody that was waiting for the same shuttle. I called the hotel at this point and they responded we don’t have rooms, everything is booked out. “The only thing they claim they can do once we arrive to the hotel is give a refund and turn us away back to the cold” I will never book this comfort in ever again. I contacted hotels.com for this incident and they didn’t do anything, they did not even hold the hotel accountable. Ridiculous corporate who’s interest is just pure profit but doesn’t look out for their customer
