Front staff is awesome, but not cleaning people

Pros: the front desk and breakfast staff were great!
Cons: cleaning services need to clean the rooms and NOT just fold blankets and RE-FOLD towels
The hotel was nicely located and easy to get to. I was greeted with a friendly and very polite front staff. Once got to the room, it was nice and comfy, but found some food wrappers behind the middle night stand when i pulled it out because i needed to plug my phone charger in. I also left it out so the next, i expected the cleaning service to clean it up, but THEY DID not. I also asked for extra towels and face towels, none was given. NOT only that, but the face towel that my wife used, was RE-FOLDED and put back in the stack of old or new towels (not sure if they were). I would NOT recommend this HOTEL due to the cleaning service not being CLEAN, but the FRONT desk and breakfast staff were prompt and ready to serve us.

Not bad, but not worth the price

Pros: The check in clerk was nice, and it wasn't situated in a bad location.
Cons: the breakfast
Location: Rail is close and some shopping. Restaurant in walking distance
The first room I was given had not been cleaned yet-not good. I had to go back to the lobby and get another room; the staff was nice about it. Next room wasn't bad-just had to find the remote underneath the sheets. Area is not bad and it was close enough to a rail connection to get you in to town. The eggs and sausage in the breakfast were not good at all. The rest was okay. I have stayed at much better places for a much better price.

OK hotel for the price.

Pros: Easy access right off highway. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Cons: Key card system! Add more choices to breakfast bar.
Location: Again, easy access right off highway. Only about a 15 minute drive into Denver.
This is an older hotel but they have tried to update it some. Our room was clean and the staff was very nice. Our shower head leaked but the maintenance man fixed it promptly while we were out. Our biggest complaint was the key card system. Our keys NEVER once worked properly. Even after having them either re-keyed or completely replaced EVERY time we entered (or tried to enter) the room, they still didn't work on the first swipe. The front desk lady did say they were in the process of replacing the system. Thank goodness because it is very frustrating to not be able to get into your room after a long day of being out and about. The breakfast was just ok - not a lot of choices but, what was available, was decent. With all this being said, for the price, the hotel wasn't all that bad. If they truly do replace the key card system, I would consider staying here again.

Should be a 1 Star Hotel...maybe

We checked in very late (midnight). We were supposed to stay for a total of 7 nights but right after I checked in I called Hotels.com to see if I could cancel the remainder of my stay. The outside and the location of the hotel seemed okay but the front desk staff was not professional when I checked in. The hallways were not kept up and the rooms were dirty (hair all over the bathroom, dirty walls, dresser drawers were dirty). The lobby and breakfast area were very clean and the free breakfast was good but it was not enough to make up for how uncomfortable the room was. I also discovered the next day that our window was partially open all night! I am very glad we were on the 3rd floor and not the 1st!

I did not have a Guest package in the room to let me know about local restaurants, churches, sites. I inquired at the front desk and was told there were no books. There was also not a TV channel guide. Again, no help from the front desk. Now I an still waiting for my e-receipt from the hotel so I can complete my travel expense report. Still no receipt.

Roomy and clean

Spent one night here on our way home from trip. Great beds, large room with fridge and microwave. Pool and spa were very cloudy so we didn't want to use them after a long day in the car. Computer in lobby was helpful to print airline boarding passes.
