Understaffed and Not On Their Game

Pros: Room was comfortable and reasonably quiet
Cons: check-in and shuttle processes were sloppy, frustrating
Location: Not much around -- good access to Denver Intl Airport
Hotel is convenient for a night prior to early departure from Denver International. Returned my rental car the previous night -- not too bad getting to the west side lane where the hotel shuttle picks up. Easy trip to the hotel. Was 4th in line to check in ... substantial delay of more than 10 minutes at 10 PM was a shame. Solo person at the front desk ... and a bit harried. Could not find my reservation initially, despite showing my confirmation number. Good sleep. Tried to take the 5 AM shuttle (I had reserved a spot on the 5:30 am) and was told I could, but then a smaller shuttle arrived and even confirmed guests and flight crew could not be confirmed. Significant confusion and some tension between hotel staff and other guests ... I waited for the 5:30 am (which was larger and could have easily accommodated all at 5 AM). Staff looked and acted harried ...

Convenient to major roads

Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff.
Cons: Detailed cleaning.
Location: Easy access to major roads.
Friendly and helpful staff! Hot continental breakfast offers more than many motels. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean, but the room in general needed serious cleaning under the bed and behind the night stands. The drapes also appeared to be very dusty. An aging motel that could be an easy 4+ with a little investment.

Good value fpr the area.

All-in-all, a comfortable stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff was courteous and helpful. There was some painting going on, and the smell was a little bit of a nuisance. Only real glitch - the second night, they did not clean our room. Had to get towels at the desk. But, generally a good stay for the price.

Only complaint we had was that the person at the desk when we checked in, while polite and courteous, did not appear very professional. He had his baseball cap on while working.

Front staff is awesome, but not cleaning people

Pros: the front desk and breakfast staff were great!
Cons: cleaning services need to clean the rooms and NOT just fold blankets and RE-FOLD towels
The hotel was nicely located and easy to get to. I was greeted with a friendly and very polite front staff. Once got to the room, it was nice and comfy, but found some food wrappers behind the middle night stand when i pulled it out because i needed to plug my phone charger in. I also left it out so the next, i expected the cleaning service to clean it up, but THEY DID not. I also asked for extra towels and face towels, none was given. NOT only that, but the face towel that my wife used, was RE-FOLDED and put back in the stack of old or new towels (not sure if they were). I would NOT recommend this HOTEL due to the cleaning service not being CLEAN, but the FRONT desk and breakfast staff were prompt and ready to serve us.
