DisappointingPosted May 5, 2015
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However the facility felt and looked tired. The room air conditioning unit did circulate the air well. But there were crumbs hidden in the desk chair cushion crevices, the furniture looked like it came from a consignment shop, the carpets felt greasy, the fabric chairs looked worn and I was hesitant to sit on them. The mattress cover was a flimsy rectangle that sat awkwardly under the fitted sheet. The blanket was scratchy and worn looking. I could not relax and ended up moving to another hotel for the next three nights.

Hotel was fine, but overpriced for the quality. Stayed in a cheaper hotel that was much nicer the night before.

not one of ramada's jewelsPosted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: the room was nice and clean
Cons: better selection of cable tv channels better ventilation in hall ways better staff attitude
Location: near downtown and lot of restaurants in immediate area
not up to par for ramada although not bad enough to not go back limited cable tv channels was a bummer for me halls and rooms had a musty smell - old building probably wil go back because of location and value -

Not greatPosted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: Room fine, staff great.
Cons: Needs extensive updating.
Location: Close to downtown, but area seemed generally questionable.
The staff were very nice and the room was fine. The halls and lobby were ancient and in need of being gutted out and redone. Food in restaurant fine.

Rude, unhelpful staffPosted Apr 28, 2015
Love the location of this hotel for concerts. The hotel itself isn't that bad, but the staff? That's another issue. They were rude to us the whole time. Not one person would make eye contact. The girl that checked us in said maybe two words to me? Had NO idea what she was doing. Didn't even give me a receipt or check out time and had absolutely no idea how to even take a check! I was basically forced to put it on my card since that was the only form of payment she knew what to do with. The front desk staff definitely ruined this hotel for us.

Great weekend but......Posted Apr 28, 2015
Enjoyed the room & staff but they need to be more informative about the shuttle service.

Bearable hotel poor locationPosted Apr 25, 2015
Hotel needs updating. Picture shown online is not up to date. Furniture is old. Front desk and lounge area is not welcoming. Old western look is overly played out. Hotel not in an ideal location. Children not recommended to stay here. Front door open to freely to the public.

Stay awayPosted Apr 23, 2015
Wow this hotel was horrible! Some of the highlights: - Pillows had hair all over them - when we checked in! - Wifi would never work. Props to the staff for trying to be helpful as it clearly shows the owners don't care. - asked for extra towels and front desk tells us they are all in the wash. Lol - Overall cleaniness was very poor

出張には最適！Posted Apr 20, 2015
コンベンションセンターでの出張で利用しました。 可も無く不可も無く良かったです。 コンベンションセンターまでの無料シャトルは便利！ 夜中パーティしてる若者たちもいましたが、特に気になるほどではなかったです。

The hotel is in a good location. I was central to everywhere I needed to go. The rooms don't have a refrigerator so don't keep anything perishable with you.
