Pros: AC
Cons: Have staff pay ATTENTION to what client is saying. After client has finished talking, client was again asked same question.
Bath fan was not working. Bath tub did not drain and had to stand in water. Room was not ready at discussed times.

Nice but overpriced

Pros: Clean room
Cons: Restaurant,and security
Location: Located close to industry.
Room and housekeeping were good. The restaurant could be improved on as it was necessery to travel to find good food. The room seemed to be overpriced compared to where it was located and what else was available.

The place is filthy, found a used tampon in the lift one morning. Room service never cleaned my room, got in one evening to an unmade bed, dnd sign was definitely not up. The staff were also supposed to get us a taxi the morning we left, they failed to get one causing us to miss a flight

One problem after another

1. No clean rooms so we had to wait an hour after check-in 2. Shuttle to game ran late we had 5:30 reservations but did not get there until after the first inning 3. Our toilet overflowed twice and ran constantly. Main tench came twice ended up having to use the bar bathroom 4. All outside doors were propped open all night and in a sketchy part of town

Stayed two nights at hotel, neither room was cleaned after first night and no new towels were put in the rooms. Informed hotel about the problem and they acted like they did not care.

We had stayed at this hotel before in the past. About 3 times in the last 4 years. This time however it was lacking. There seemed to be a lot of recently hired people that were not trained properly. One big issue we had is that the reason we stayed here was they have a shuttle to take you downtown, Coors field, etc. This time on the first day they were late getting us from the hotel, then later when we called to get the shuttle back to the hotel they told us it stopped running at 10pm which was never explained to us before. So we had to take a taxi. The next day we took the shuttle back downtown, and was told to called an hour before we needed picked up. We did exactly that. We still ended up waiting almost 2 hours to be picked up, because they didn't let the driver know. We felt the price was a little higher but we were ok with it because most places don't have this service. After this, we will just find a cheaper place and maybe get a taxi or drive ourselves.

I stayed one night. Absolutely horrible. The room had smoke stains in the carpet. The shower did not drain. Maintenance could not fix it an was in our room for 45 minutes. Upon asking for them to fix the problem the staff was short and did not help the problem until I became irritated. They then set us up in a different room to get ready and shower in that was 10-15 rooms down the hall. Terrible experience all around. The breakfast was awful. Sausages undercooked. Gravy cold. Orange juice wasn't cold. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
