Nice but worn.

A little worn but still clean. No restaurant facilities. Had to cross a busy street to get to places to eat. Great shuttle service to and from the airport.

Facility is getting old and run down

The elevator did not work. Room had door damage near lock and so did the side door of the hotel. There were toenails on my rug in the room that someone left. place needs renovation.. would not recommend

nice hotel close to Denver Airport

Pros: The staff was very helpful, very courteous, and very friendly. They went out of their way to help me and this was an unplanned stay.
Cons: I can't think of anything that needs improved!
Location: I was not there long enough to go out. Got there at 7 pm and left at 6 am
The hotel shuttle picked me up at the airport after my flight got cancelled. They were quick to get to me after a long day of trying to get a flight out with no avail. When I checked in the desk clerk was friendly, informative and gave me the info I needed to take a shuttle out in the morning. Would definitely pick this hotel if I needed an airport stay again!

Flight delayed

We were told the wrong shuttle stop by the front desk and ended up at the wrong hotel. Then the room we were given had not been cleaned and the door was open. When we got to the 2nd room, the sheets had stains on them, but they had been laundered. The front desk staff had 2 friendly young ladies and 1 was completely incompetent. This was a bad experience and I would not recommend this.

Hotel close to the airport

Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Cleanliness of the room and a staff attitude adjustment
Location: Airport
The room smelled of smoke, had melted chocolate on the window sill, had garbage from the previous client still on the floor as if it wasn't even vacuumed. The bathroom was dirty. We were not impressed and when told to the hotel staff in the lobby, he simply said, " oh sorry, but have a good day." As I am a business owner, I expected some compensation. Even though I am a Red Lion Club member, we are not sure if we will stay again.

A Poor Excuse for a Hotel

Pros: I was very disappointed with this purchase. The Red Lion brand used to mean something more than the minimum.
Cons: Make it an $89.00/ night purchase instaed of a $159.00/ night purchase and maybe you will be able to claim some value, at least.
Location: Lots of better hotels nearby.
Surly, uncaring staff. Poorly trained and unprofessional bunch of kids. The room was something you might expect in the middle of Nowhere, Kansas but not at DIA. Plain to the point of stupid, the room had a chair and ottoman stained with something and the overall decor was like a college dorm.

Pros: Convenience. Large quiet room right next to the elevator, so I was surprised it was quiet.
Cons: Like previously stated, issues with the business center/computers.
Location: Two minutes from airport shuttle/hotel also has shuttle service. Restaurant/sports bar across the street.
Easy access to interstate and airport. Large room. Had trouble with the computers provided. I needed to print out a boarding pass and one computer's printer was down and the other computer provided refused all my passwords for website access.

relaxing stay

Pros: the atmosphere was very relaxeed and comfortable.

Location: we didnt go anywhere
WE arrived at 3 pm, It took 2 minutes to check in. my daughter and grandson went swimming , I joined them later but didnt bring my swim suit, so i just sat at the edge of the pool at least i got to dangle my legs in the swimming pool. my grandson sat in the whirl pool he enjoyed that/ later we oreder in at ruby tuesday , They even have kids meals, good service, we had to leave late to go to the international airport. the shuttle took us, the flight didnt come in until 9 thirty then we couldnt find him it took over an hr, when we went to the island the shuttle driver was waiting he knew what time the flight was soppose to be in. the airport was almost completely emptty. he decided to wait because he knew we were in there. He decided to sit for a little while. im so grateful he was about the only one out there, a wonderful job!!. i stayed on the hotel computer until midnight, glad its 24/7. WE left early the next morning after the brakfast. very good breakfast, alot of different iems even my grandson was pleased.
