I will say, pulling up your questioning your decision. Once inside everything melts away and then you realize this is where I can enjoy myself morning, noon and night. Will be back for sure. Great job to the staff!!

When we checked in the staff member shared no information in regard to the property. We knew nothing about dining or that the pool was closed. There was also no information in the rooms. The fire alarm went off at 2am leaving guest outside with a nothing more than you can go back to your rooms 20 minutes later. The staff at the establishment barely speaks and is unwelcoming.

Property was nice but there was bums Pan handling around the property and the parking garage was dirty too. Needs fresh new paint and a nice pressure wash.

Front desk likes to hang up on you when you request things over the phone, and then straight up ignore your request. In just my 3 days there, I was asked if I wanted to do drugs or knew where to find any numerous times. Other than that, the room and hotel was beautiful.

Staff was rude. Our tv wouldn’t work and called 3 times until my son realized the cord wasn’t plugged in. Bathroom was not very clean and room was hot and had a weird smell.

Inside the hotel is amazing and beautiful. Outside the part of town is not particularly beautiful. However there are many restaurants within walking distance and the walking area seemed safe both day and night.

The only problem I had with this hotel would be the no complimentary breakfast, the bed was very uncomfortable and you get charged 19 bucks for ypu to self park your own car. Upon checking in we were offered a discount of some sort with signing up with an email for free parking and late check but upon checking my account got charged 38.00 for the 2 nights and my card ended up going in a negative and this was with me calling when we got back to our home town for them to say they were gonna take care of it before the negative in my account to me barely getting it handled yesterday after my acct was already in the negative standing. To add to the frustrations the hot but was also out of order and that was one the main reasons we booked there 😟

Nice hotel. Thought there would microwave in the room since there is a mini fridge. There was one public microwave available in the corner next to the pool, gym, and guest laundry access. Was nice to be able to open the door/window to the balcony.

The property itself is very clean and the interior is super nice, however, the area outside is dirty and sketchy with a lot of transients walking around. I wouldn’t walk around the area.

We were greeted very nicely. Room was perfect. Was told about breakfast went down to breakfast next morning found out it was not part of our room, decided to go ahead and stay and eat there had the buffet, very disappointed the food was cold only 4 options for $22 a person.

The check in desk was awesome. Staffed by a very nice and helpful man originally from Senegal. We enjoyed him. There wasn’t a lot of room to pull up your car at the check in and the parking garage has very narrow spaces and low ceiling height. Not great if you’re driving a truck. We enjoyed a meal at the bar and our room was lovely. We would come back but we’ll drive the car next time.

Charged my card so many times i was locked out then the atm machine ate my card with staff and security seeing! Told me a new guy must have ran my card wrong and they would comp me breakfast and a night definitely didnt kept changing left me and my 2 kids and husband with absolutely nothing!!! No food gas or a way to do anything everything was a complete lie

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The central location made exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommend!

Good location, close to everything you could need or want...property is very nice, but condition of shower in room indicates its an older property, but still very nice!

The property was under construction, which was extremely loud and make the lobby and rooms uncomfortably cold. All the poor staff had ski wear on. The hotel should not have been open.

Victor was amazing! We needed to switch hotels because the original hotel we booked had too many issues. Victor allowed us to check in early, understood our dilemma and was so accommodating. We came for my 10yr old daughter’s birthday, the entire staff treated us like family. Rooms were great, clean and cozy…great views too! We can’t wait to stay again! This place does not disappoint!
