Pros: The breakfast buffet and friendly staff.
Cons: Refrigerators and/or microwaves in the rooms.
Location: Limited shopping however some decent restaurants nearby.
Good, enjoyed the staff, cleanliness of room, and breakfast buffet.

Watch your credit card statements

Pros: Lovely, engaging interior - both public area and private rooms.
Cons: As listed above.
Certainly a pleasant stay at this hotel, until a series of strange charges have appeared on my credit card statement since returning home - $50, $25, unexplained and unauthorized. I have placed two phone calls to the hotel, both were sent to the voicemail of "the accounting office." I have not yet received a reply to those calls. The HVAC in the room was loud, but then realized it was covering the highway noise outside the east-facing windows. (Definitely request west-facing rooms on future stays!) I should have realized something was up when earplugs were supplied as standard bathroom items. Really pleasant restaurant and bar areas. Unfortunately, bartender had me waiting for over ten minutes while he attended to all the other drink orders from wait staff, receiving dirty glasses and dishes from wait staff, AND while he had time to launch into a scathing mockery with a fellow employee about a customer question (standing right at the bar in front of served and un-served customers!) He may need to be reminded that he is on front and center stage by those seated and standing at his bar.

Best experience staying at hotel!

You can tell the staff is the trained to take good care of customers, we felt really comfortable during our stay there; they have a pool, room was immaculate clean, we love the restaurant we had a wonderful breakfast, I would definitely stay there next time I come down to Denver.

Good hotel within shuttle distance from airport.

Good hotel within 30 minutes of the airport. Shuttle runs every half hour.

Good lobby area with beverages and food

A value hotel with a good lobby area, with bar, beverages, food, and wait staff. Hotel check in was complicated when it should not have been, last minute expedia booking with check in staff slow and unresponsive to getting me into a room claiming could not find booking, needed additional payment, etc.

Not worth the price

Pros: Very comfortable beds and bellman took ur bags to the room. Very classy service.
Cons: Educate your restaurant staff on proper sitting etiquette. Don't take patrons to dirty tables. Re-evaluate parking/Internet policy.
Location: North field shopping center/Harkin theater.
The room was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. The entire restaurant was full of dirty tables. The hostess took us to a dirty table and we stood there while they cleaned it. Very rude waiter. Buffet was not kept stocked, waited 15 minutes for biscuits and gravy. Front desk staff was sympathetic but didn't ever bother to offer to reimburse me for the cost of the buffet. Need to read the hotel amenities closer next time. They charge for parking, even self parking, and Internet. Wound up parking a block away on the street. Definitely not worth the cost.
