Enjoy My Stay

Pros: The staff. Everybody was very professional and helpful.
Cons: I wish airport shuttle can run early than 4:30 a.m. but the is too much to ask.
Location: Close to Freeway and across from shopping center with good restaurants. Easy access by freeway or street to Downtown Denver. Close to many attractions
I felt welcome from the first staff interaction. The Concierge was excellent. She jump in and help the front desk and provided the most outstanding services with a very professional touch. All the staff was friendly and professional. Enjoy my stay and would go back. The location was close to freeway exit. The hotel is located across from shopping center. Breakfast at hotel was delicious.

nice hotel close to business meeting

Pros: proximity to business meeting. friendly staff.
Everything was nice - the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. DomAnique at the front desk was delightful. We enjoyed the shuttle service to local restaurants.

The hotel was great and easy access to shops, 16th Street mall and restaurants. We only gave a 3 for facilities and conditions due to the hottub temperature being set at scalding and having to go to the front desk twice to ask for towels. They also charge $13 parking fee which is not listed on their website and you have to pay as there is very little street parking and immediate neighborhood is not ideal. Staff was great and we were able to use the pool all day on check out day!

get out of town trip for a rockies game

Disappointing experience

Check in was fast. First impression of room was very nice.Upon further inspection we noticed it wasn't very clean. Toilet in bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Called maid service and they did come right away to clean. Coffeemaker didn't work, which was very disappointing since we had to be up at 3:00 am. Air conditioning barely worked. Would not stay here again.

Close to the airport

Pros: The staff were very pleasant.
Cons: The communication between expedia and the hotel.
This hotel offers a free shuttle service to Denver International Airport. The staff and facilities are great but there was an inconsistency in my booking with expedia. Online, breakfast was provided but that wasn't on record with the hotel when I checked in. My room was a little dirty - a pool of soap on the edge of the bath and some snacks under the bed that hadn't been cleaned. Disappointing for the quality of hotel but minor inconveniences. I told the reception when I checked out and received an apology.

Nice

This hotel is comfortable and a good nights rest. Could use more towels in bathroom and the room phone didn't work so couldn't call to ask for more. The outside balcony door had a gap so moths came in all night. The air conditioner kept turning on and off every 3 minutes, kind of annoying but again couldn't call front desk to fix it. The beds are nice and comfy and tv worked fine. Booked a two bed but they didn't have it when I got there so they gave me a king with rollaway bed. Not the best situation but prepaid room so dealt with it. Overall would probably stay in the future.

There were Walmart, Panda Express and liqueur shop near this hotel, but nothing more. This hotel is recommend for those who will have flight from Denver airport. They will provide a free shuttle from/to the airprort.

Mediocre at best

Front desk didn't activate room key. Had to go back twice. Lumpy bed, no AC. Night desk person couldn't answer simple questions. Overcharged on bill.
