Very nice accommodations and convenient to downtown (walking distance) as this location is in the very trendy Highlands area. Great free breakfast to start your day and a pool to finish it off! Price was very reasonable and room was huge with separate seating area. Having a refrigerator and kitchen area completed the package.

Clean hotel with access to Denver Downtown

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Our room was ready when we arrived and they have a small pool area for the amount of hotel rooms in the area. The rooms had fireplaces and good appliances for an extended stay hotel.

Walking distance to Pepsi Center

Posted Jun 28, 2014
We wanted a hotel close to the Pepsi Center. We where very happy with the size of the suites for our family of 5. The suite had been remodeled with new furniture, updated wall decor. Two story condo like feel. We had plenty of room with two separate rooms (one up stairs with a full bath). The other bedroom off living room also had a full bath. Living room had a sofa bed. Both bedrooms had desks and TV's. Full kitchen was great! Included everything you needed to cook with.!! Brought paper plates but discovered they had dishes, glasses, cups and silverware. The walk to the Pepsi Center took about twenty mins. Will stay here again for sure.

Great location and a comfortable home on the road.

Location: It's only a short drive to downtown. The neighborhood is residential, but you'll find a small restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.
We were very comfortable at the Residence Inn. This would be my first choice for a place to stay if in Denver for work again; our room was comfortable and pleasant, the staff was helpful and friendly, it was wonderful to have a kitchen and dishes so that we didn't have to eat out every meal, the fold-out couch and the mirror/sink outside of the bathroom was helpful for sharing the room with a co-worker, the free parking was great, there were interesting restaurants and neighborhoods in walking distance, and it was very easy to get onto the freeway or downtown. We didn't end up needing the free shuttle to downtown, but it was a great service. The only negatives I noticed: the fold-out couch mattress was not super comfortable (but you can't hold that against them too much - are they ever?), and some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. Probably a previous guest had just washed them poorly and put them away and the housekeepers hadn't realized it. Our room was perfectly clean otherwise.

Pros: Shuttle to downtown 16th street mall. Free parking for close to downtown.
Location: Downtown Denver, fill in the blanks: pretty much whatever you want.
Just an overnight. Close to Interstate. Great for families.
