Good Stay, with FamilyPosted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: Rooms, service, price.
Cons: everything is good.
Location: Good location.
We stayed here with Family (two kids) for almost two weeks. We needed something with Kitchen and good space. This hotel turned out to be perfect for us at a good price. The people/service is good and they have breakfast every morning. The complete environement is very homely and easy going. Additionally, the location very good, close to other restaurants at walking distance. Good stay, really recommend for everyone.

Good breakfast, good staff. My only complaint was that the tub felt soapy when I went to take a shower. Other than that was great.

Staffs were very accommodatingPosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Reception & Housekeeping staffs were very accommodating for a little family get together although many were staying at other hotels. We were assigned to different location of Residence Inn by mistake upon checked in, Hotel.com supervisor was able to arranged it with Residence Inn managements at 2 different locations to find this Highlands Ranch location at the last minute although a little out of our way. We enjoyed our stay at this location with the families.

Great weekend rate (but terrible weekday rates). Great hot breakfast. Fabulous location next to restaurants, shopping and movies. Spacious room with clean kitchennette and hot shower. Def worth the stay!

Comfortable room like an apartmentPosted Aug 9, 2013
My son and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Marriot's Residence Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable, just like a studio apartment in appearance. Though our room was on the highway side, we really weren't bothered by the traffic noise. Breakfast in the morning featured a variety of foods, some better than others, but certainly enough to suit anyone's appetite. The fresh fruit was wonderful! We had hoped to use their advertised "tennis court" but were disappointed to learn that it was just a small, rubber-tiled facility more appropriate for kids to play around in. We interacted very little with the staff (no need), but those at the front desk were very friendly and courteous and the breakfast staff were on top of cleaning and replenishing needed food items. In all, we were pleased with our two-night stay and would visit again.

Plenty of roomPosted Jul 22, 2013
The clerk that checked us in was so pleasant. The room was great and since we had 6 people the 2 bathrooms were perfect. It was also within walking distance to movies and several options to eat. Breakfast was still a continental and was said to be a buffet, but was nothing special compared to other continental breakfasts we have had. That and hard to find a parking spot were the only negatives.
