Nice clean hotel

Location: Near by is the Red Rock Amp, Dinosaur Ridge, Coors Brewery.
This was a very positive hotel experience from check in to check out. The staff was very friendly and even suggested a great local place for dinner. There was a complementary evening snack with drinks and a very nice breakfast. I will again be staying at this facility in the future when I am in the area.

Not what I was sold

The hotel room was not at all what I was promised. When I made the reservation. I specifically requested a room that would accommodate four full grown people as my children are very tall. I was promised a room that could accommodate a pull out couch bed, a rollaway and a queen size bed for my husband and myself. Not only was the room way to small for a rollaway but the hotel did not have any rollaways even if one could fit. I was offered an additional room for my children but I could not afford to pay for two rooms or I would have booked that in the first place. The room was supposed to be a suite with two rooms and a kitchen dining area. It was about the size of one room cut in half with a dividing wall. We were crowded all weekend. When I made this reservation I could have reserved 3 other rooms at other hotels for $50 less a night but they did not say they could accommodate my family. I was willing to pay the extra because I was promised a bigger room. Very disappointed. When I asked the front office/general manager they said it was because I booked with Expedia and not with the hotel direct.

I'm also sorry the room type that was booked did not meet your needs, regardless of what channel it was booked through. During the time of your stay all of our two bedroom suites rooms were sold out, which left us no opportunity to change ythe room type to another that more adequately met your needs. I assure you, if we had a two bedroom suite available, we would have worked with you to upgrade the room type to make you more comfortable. I'm sorry that we did not meet your needs and I wish you safe and pleasant future travels.

Short notice pick

We needed a hotel on short notice for the night. Since I have stayed at other Residence Inns I went with this hotel. First the good... the location was good, close to the highway & other amenities. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The bad... the bed, it was very worn & had a trough in the middle that we couldn't help rolling into. I also thought the breakfast was kind of sub par for Residence Inns. The hotel rooms & grounds were clean & the place was quiet.

Room was fine. Breakfast had excellent, healthy choices and was well stocked and staffed. Convenient to highway and shopping. Would stay again.

Great Place

I have stayed at this location several times as I have family in the area, and travel with a pet. The first floor rooms are convenient for pet owners, and the hot breakfasts are always appreciated. Pool facilities are indoors, which is nice for year-round use, and the staff is always pleasant. Plenty of free parking, and several eateries within several blocks walk.
