“Still Working Out the Kinks????”

Good points....Good price. It's a new hotel. Nice little kitchenette. Good AC unit. Has an elevator. Has a laundry and work out room. Large parking spaces. Negative points....We had no hot water our first night, which was happened to be okay because we weren't going to shower til the next morning....the front desk clerk was very accomodating and found us another room right away. The lighting is not very good in the bathroom. There are pots and pans but no cooktop (weird). Be prepared to bring your own coffee. No Blowdryer. No hangers in closet. No luggage rack. With it being a new hotel....maybe they are working out the kinks.

“1 1/2 - 2 star only”

had to ask for pillows that weren't 2 in thick lumps of wood. No coat hangers in closet. No hair dryer in room. HVAC didn't work very well. Mattress was very poor. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful but owners are obviously giving them little to work with.

“Definitely would not go there again”

I use Expedia all the time and this is the first bad property that I have stayed at. I realized after booking that there were conflicting ratings for this hotel and that should have been a clue. Upon check in, I had to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to show up to the counter to help me. They then told me they did not have a reservation for me and that mine was canceled...my reservation did get double booked and one canceled but I had a valid reservation for 1 room with them and had the confirmation number, which he was not interested in. The man at the desk was very rude and then told me that they did not have king beds left, and that I would have to have a queen... I paid extra for the king..then we went to our room... small, not very clean, bed is what I call a double not a queen and we could hear the people next door arguing. This was at around 9pm. Later that night, around midnight, they started again and I could have written a book because I could hear every word they were saying. The next morning, we were awakened at around 8am by the same people shouting and swearing..decided to go home so we could get some sleep and promptly found nobody at the front desk again. I waited over 15 mins and then decided I just wanted to get out of there. An overall a very bad experience and not a good place to go to again especially since when the smoke cleared, taxes and extra hotel charge, it ended up costing the same as much better places in that area.

“Dissapointing...”

Hotel walls are very thing I could hear the guest upstairs walk across the floor, and the guest next door snoring. The halls smelled of cigarette smoke. Room is only serviced once a week. While the place was clean it was far below my standards. I ended a week long trip after two days and went to the Marriott. I was budgeted for more money than this room cost and ended up paying it but this locations biggest problems, thin floors and wall can't be fixed easily. Spend a little more money for a nice quiet room.

“Check in/out best part of visit”

Positive: staff was friendly, courteous. Negative: TV remote didn't work, it took my requesting a rate adjustment in order to get it fixed; walls were so thin we could hear the TV program next door - until midnight; ceiling/floors were so thin I awoke at 2:00 am to the pacing and opening/closing of cabinet drawers by the woman in the room above us; air conditioner only worked when set below 65 degrees; secondary security latch didn't work; paint peeling around shower faucet. Simply awful.

“The very worst of maintenance/service”

I stayed here for a four day business trip. I would only recommend this place to teenagers who are on a budgetand who want to party unchecked all weekend long! 1. No long distance calls from room phone - you must use your cell. No public phone on location. 2. Front Desk hours 8AM - 11PM allowing Wild teenagers ran rampant at night. 3. Empty coffee pot at front door. 4. High-speed internet...not wireless AND you must bring your own cable or pay $10 deposit to 'borrow' one. 5. Went to bed at 11PM and pull covers back to find sheets where not changed...dirty with stains and hair over sheets. 6. Towels were 'smelly' probably weren't changed but folded and put back on rack. 7. Showers still had soap film and hair from previous tenants. 8. Called management next day (SLEPT IN CHAIR...BED WAS NASTY) and they had the room cleaned. Later that night I found the new shampoo placed in room was half used by somebody...must be a price cutting thing.

“Sleepless in Westminster - a poor choice”

Too much activity at night both inside the hotel and outside on the property. Hotel residents were drinking outside the hotel entrance and very noisy residents in halls and doorways of rooms throughout the night. My adjoining neighbor spent the whole night loudly complaining to his room mate. Did not feel safe in the hotel, would not recommend this to any female traveling alone.
