“Nice hotel”

Most hotel staff were very friendly and eager to assist. The rooms are nice although the bathroom was a bit cramped. I was however disappointed with the in-room internet charge of about $10/day, especially since many other downtown Denver hotels provide this service for free.

“Too much street noise”

Don't stay in any of the exterior rooms that face any of the streets. The street and parking garage noise is unbearable. The windows are drafty and the heating system can only keep up if you put the thermostat to 75.

“nice”

Nice comfortable room and bed, great view, great food in the Yardhouse and Pete's coffee. But some small maintanence issues - drains were slow, kinda low water pressure, toilet flusher handle needed a couple tries, trash cans tiny. I expect one/two issues like this almost everywhere, but was surprised there were so many tiny things here. But otherwise the room was great. The layout is a little confusing - but only a hassle when actually checking in/out - there are separate elevators and entrances convenient to the rooms for frequent in/out. And the area was super cute. The convention center wasn't too far of a walk, even when it was snowing

“wish we staying longer!”

“great value for the expedia price”

We had a very nice stay. Walked to an amazing restaurant "The Steuben" 5 blocks away. The staff went above and beyond by allowing us to order breakfast after noon...housekeeping very accomodating...parking expensive, but beats the ticket the guy who parked on the street received...would stay again without hesitation.

“Nice place, easy access to downtown”

Great hotel, great location. 16th Street mall is dirty and too many beggars. The city could care less about what it looks like, the police aren't interested either.

“Convenient”

The hotel was conveniently located. Navigation within the hotel was a little tricky due to the two buildings. I wish breakfast and the airport shuttle would have been included. Most of all I enjoyed the fluffy pillows and covers.
