“Fantastic remodel”

The hotel was wonderful, a bit big and confusing at first but after a few days it felt like home. The location was perfect for the downtown wedding we were attending and we could walk everywhere or take the 16th street mall ride if we were tired or it was raining. The only thing we were disappointed about was the loud bass that was heard on the 16th floor of the hotel from 'Katie Mullens' restaraunt, which is ground level. Unfortunately I couldn't fall asleep until 2am both Friday and Saturday night due to the bass echoing into our room, the front desk stated they were not affililiated with the restaraunt and had no control over the noise??? Other than that it was a delightful stay and the hotel was very accomodating for all of our other needs!

Modern, enormous hotel. Very pretty. Lots of beautiful stonework. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Great location right on 16th Avenue Mall, but still very quiet at night. Great restaurants and night life all around. Easy walks to Convention Center, shopping, and some really interesting sites. The beds, however, were the true highlight: they were like sleeping in clouds. The price was great, too (for downtown Denver, or for right-in the-middle-of-all-of-everything in any big city)! I would absolutely stay here again.

“Best Place in Denver”

If you want to be right on the 16th Street Mall, stay here. Not only was the location perfect for walking distance to restaurants and bars, but the overall hotel experience was awesome. My room was great and the staff was very helpful. I would stay here again, in fact, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Denver.

“Spacious, luxurious, and convenient”

As already mentioned, we ran into some minor problems in so far as the room did not provide the view we had requested. (Apparently, when you buy a "mountain view" room through Expedia or other 3rd party services, the hotel receives this as a special request with your reservation. They do their best to honor it, but aren't necessarily able to. Expedia should be more explicit about this or stop charging for things it cannot guarantee.) That issue aside, we were impressed by the spaciousness of the rooms (and the hotel in general), the cleanliness and tasteful interior, and the convenient location at the base of the 16th St. Mall. The friendly and competent staff also made our stay very pleasant and meant that any issues we had were taken care of promptly. Overall, we had a great stay. I strongly recommend paying for the hotel parking while you are there.

“Modern nice hotel thats dog friendly!”

Nice hotel, new modern style with a good location to 16th st mall and convention center. Dog friendly to 80 lbs, but be warned...there is NO grass within 2 blocks. They also did not tell me that there is a $23 parking charge (they waived it). All the parking is underground so tall trucks beware or you will be paying on the street, but hey it is DT Denver.
