Nice, centrally located hotel.

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: location, amenities
Location: 16th Street Mall, lots of restaurants and shopping, close to Coors Field.
We only stayed for a night because we were in town for a Rockies game. Check-in was easy. The room was comfortable. It was nice being able to walk everywhere. We got to spend a little time at the pool.

The hotel is good but u have to carry ur key card at all times in order to use the elevator, facilities, etc. the problem is that its walls are thin, u can hear the convos in the hallways and the noise

Nice hotel, location was great for walking around.

Enjoyed the comfortable bed, best I've ever experienced when staying at hotels! The front desk staff were very accommodating to help with dirrections (thank you Adam). With four teenagers one thing they all seemed to want was a Jacuzzi which this hotel didn't have and the pool was not heated as we were told it was, even in early August its necessary. We did enjoy walking out to 16th street that put us in the prime spot for downtown fun and many enjoyable walks.

Decent hotel, but slightly expensive

Posted Aug 4, 2014
First off, the hotel website claims that they provide "Airport Transportation (Charge)", which is not true. Once my flight landed I waited for their shuttle for about 45 minutes, then I decided to call in and check if it was the type of thing where I needed to request their shuttle come pick me up. The employee said that they don't have a shuttle of their own and that they recommend taking the Super Shuttle. It's on me for waiting so long and not confirming that they do have a shuttle, but it is very misleading IMO to claim that they provide transportation when they clearly do not. I paid a little extra to have a mountain view, and I'm glad that I did after reading the horror stories about how small the rooms are in the tower section of the hotel. I ended up in the plaza section, and my room with two queens was decent sized. The room itself smelled pretty musty though, which was kind of gross. Also, I couldn't figure out how to get the heat to turn on since it was about 55-60 degrees overnight, and it was a little chilly in the room when I woke up in the morning. Overall not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but one of the worst nice hotels.

Roomy

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: It's one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in.
Cons: They should have fridges in their rooms and microwaves.
Location: 16th street mall (quite a bit of shopping), Coors Baseball field, Football field, various restaurants and shops
Our hotel room was SO roomy! I wasn't expecting it to be that big.

Nice hotel!!

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: The closeness to the 16h street mall! This hotel is really clean and the rooms are very large!
Cons: There was some confusion at check in because I booked each night separately. I stayed two nights but booked each night separately through Expedia.
Location: Plenty to do around the hotel. Sixteenth street is right around the corner.
This is my second time staying here this summer. Hotel is very clean, hotel staff is very friendly and it is really close to the 16th street mall.

Good location hotel only nothing else

Very bad smell going out of the AC and carpet, poor Equipments and toilet. A huge space between door and floor so I can hear everybody voice from outside.

Great Location for 16th Street Mall

Posted Jul 21, 2014
The Staff was average (when we chacked in the guy we dealt with was not very helpful but maybe he was new), the location was great. Room was clean, the part we stayed was a little older which means rooms are smaller and a little dated. Again, can't say enough about the location - close to what we like - pubs, shopping,
