Pros: Nothing. confusing to get around. No maps in room that showed anything.
Cons: Drop the check in pitch that we got such a great deal when we didn't!
When checking in the lady made stated she upgraded us to club level, making it sound all so wonderful. When we entered the room it was a closet with a bed in an old room upgraded to look new. If it wasn't for the false sense of an upgrade, we probably would not have been so disappointed!

we stayed for just one night and we really enjoyed

Posted Dec 23, 2014
We stayed one night and went to see the Nuggets game.... There are lots of good places to eat or have a drink. The 16 Street Mall is just around the corner and it this hotel is very nice.... The parking is a hassle but then again it's this way all over the downtown area

Very disappointed

Posted Dec 18, 2014
Location: Went to Fleetwood Mac concert at the Pepsi Center.
I paid $159 for a very small room that was hot and stuffy on the 21st floor. I called guest dervices which was no help at all. I could have saved alot of money by staying at the Quality Inn.

Downtown Denver

Posted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: Everything except the items listed above. I loved that it was close to downtown and that we could walk anywhere for food.
Cons: More explanation about the parking, room fridge & linen request response.
I didn't realize when I booked the room that parking was going to be an extra $29.00 a night. The staff didn't explain that there was a parking garage across the street for $9.00 a night either. The parking is ridiculous for that cost as well. I had to have one of my passengers get out of the car and maneuver me around cars as not to hit them. Not recommended for anything larger than a compact car. As far as the staff, I chose not to get house keeping daily, as there were 4 girls in our room and we had a lot of things to clean around. I didn't expect someone to have to do that. I did however expect clean linens daily when I requested them, and we didn't receive them on the first and sometimes second request. On our last day there we didn't receive anything at all. You also have to request a fridge, which I think is odd.

Great access to 16th St. stores/restaurants/bars

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Hotel was clean and front desk staff were great to deal with. They were able to get us into our room much earlier than the scheduled check in time.
Cons: The bathroom was very small but that is not a deal breaker for us.
Location: Location is perfect……right on 16th St. Mall…..shuttle runs you up and down the mall area.
Our stay was very enjoyable. Denver is a great city to visit. It is clean and everyone from airport, hotel, RTD bus driver, taxi drivers, were awesome!!!!

Great downtown Hotel

Posted Dec 12, 2014
Pros: Location, facilities, service.
Cons: My pillows were all too soft.
Location: Virtually all of Downtown Denver is quickly accessed from here. Great.
Stayed here 5 nights for a conference. The location is great, right off the 16th St. Mall. The staff was Very pleasant and helpful. Facilities (meeting rooms) and bedrooms were very clean and modern. They have a great program that gives you a $5 voucher toward hotel restaurants for each day you DON'T use housekeeping services, which I really liked. I actually prefer to not have someone in my room EVERY day.

Nice, comfortable downtown hotel, reasonable rates

Posted Dec 10, 2014
Pros: See above.
Cons: Re-locate the fresh air intakes from street level or parking garage level to the roof.
Location: Good Irish pub right across the street. Street cars and central Denver right outside the front door.
The hotel overall is nice, recently updated, clean, well-appointed. There were a couple of problems with the room, however. First, the ventilation system is really noisy. Second, there is the constant odor of automobile exhaust. This is likely due to having the fresh air intakes for the building's system at street level. Older hotels have had this problem, and it is a health issue. Otherwise, the staff were courteous, helpful, pleasant. The beds were very comfortable with down-like pillows, very good mattresses, nice bedding.
