In town one night for a business meeting.Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Location, lobby, meeting spaces.
Cons: Room décor.
Location: Downtown Denver is a great place to visit.
Asked for the standard room - it was clean, though a little stark. Nice bathroom, lacking a mirror and light at the vanity. Happy to have the coffee pot and a free bottle of water. Comfortable bed. All good.

Convenient to downtown.Posted Sep 27, 2014
Location: Right off 16th Street Mall. Short walks to restaurants, cafes and shops.
The hotel was clean, employees were friendly, check-in was seamless, the bed was very comfortable. The first room we checked into however smelled strongly of cigarettes. When I called Guest Services, the phone rang about 15 times before it was answered. Once answered though, the staff was very apologetic and offered to move us. They brought our new room keys to us and apologized profusely. The second room was fine. Really, my issue with the hotel was that, while it was "fine" and "comfortable", it really wasn't worth the almost-$200/night rate, PLUS another $30 for parking. There was nothing extra or special to justify that rate. I feel they take advantage of being in a convenient location. I found out later too that I could have received a big discount if I had mentioned my reason for being there. Some other guests told me they were asked if they were there for such-and-such reason. I was not asked, and didn't know to mention it.

Excellent Hotel StayPosted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Centrally located in the heart of Denver with easy access to all the city has to offer.
Location: Perfect location so you can shop the 16th street mall. Ride the mall shuttle to catch the lite rail and see events at the Pepsi center.
The Downtown Denver Sheraton is very nice hotel. Just off the 16th mall with comfortable rooms and helpful staff. My wife wants to get the same mattress that is used in the rooms. It was the best sleeping mattress she has slept on and loved it.

Great locationPosted Sep 23, 2014
We were attending a family wedding close to the Sheraton and the location was not only convenient, but priced much better than nearby hotels.

Great location, very comfortablePosted Sep 22, 2014
Great location in the middle of 16th Street mall. Very comfy beds. Thing to keep in mind is the rooms do not have a fridge, so plan to bring a cooler if needed. Parking at the hotel is pricey, park at the parking garage off Of 15th and Tremont for 6 dollars overnight. Overall good experience for my short stay.

Great locationPosted Sep 10, 2014
Perfect location for people without a vehicle. Staff was friendly and all around ok. Could have had more useful information. Facilities are nice. Not superb or anything, but quite nice.

Great location and amenitiesPosted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: Location, amenities
Cons: Bathroom, price of parking
The location is right on 16th Street mall downtown Denver, so it's perfect to spend time in the city. The lobby is very nice and there is a Yardhouse bar/restaurant and also a Peets Coffee attached to the lobby, which we loved. The parking is really expensive- $28/day for self-park or $38/day for valet. And the room was fine but the bathroom was small and unimpressive. Our room had a crappy view but other might have better views.

Was nice to stay downtown but,Posted Sep 10, 2014
Our vehicle was hit by a passing vehicle while waiting to park. Staff were not helpful in the situation, only when we said the person was also a fellow guest did they offer us a free breakfast. Expedia website said we could self park when booking. Got to the hotel only option was valet. Two nights cost $70 valet parking. Our rooms carpet smelled like old water. Other that enjoyed our stay.

Expensive for what you getPosted Sep 9, 2014
Parking is $28 per day and the parking garage is hard to maneuver. Water in the room says it is free and then I was charged $4 per bottle.
