Pros: Proximity.
Location: close to everything Denver has to offer downtown.
Was nice overall. Service was lacking some at on-site restaurant but otherwise staff was helpful elsewhere.

Pros: Location, restaurant is good, very clean hotel, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.
Would recommend anyone to this hotel, very good location, close to shopping, night life, and is easy to access.

The parking system is complete chaos and you can hear every sound coming from all directions while trying to sleep it was horrible

Location: 16th street
Good Stay. Slightly confusing entrance area, since two buildings are now one, but no real directions to the lobby from the street level if you enter the convention center side of the hotel. There was a large event happening the weekend we stayed, but it was fun to see the balloons all over the conference and meeting spaces. The only downside of our trip was our floor had some rowdy guests, that had long party plans for the night, but at no fault of the hotel facilities. Very great location for Downtown DENVER, with 16th street right there.

Cons: there internet speed in the room.
Good, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff but internet connection is slow, even when buying the most expensive option. If need internet for business, I would be hesitant staying there.

We had reserved a room with two queen size beds and a mountain view. Apon getting to the hotel at 6 am, a staff member said we could get into our room at or around noon. When noon came along, the front desk staff said the room was not quite available yet, so we waited. Two o'clock rolls around, we go and check, and still no room, but we were given news that our two bed bedroom would now be a one bed bedroom bc volleyball players had taken up the hallway. 3 o'clock comes, and they still would not give us a room bc we hadn't been called yet. After negotiating with a manager, he set us up in a two bedroom room overlooking the marvelous view of other hotel rooms. No city or mountain view that we paid for. And to top it off, room service only came to clean our room once in the four days we were there. I have had better stays at the comfort in, and I will never be staying at this hotel again.

Location: 16th street mall
horrible to get around in this hotel, too many places without clear signs, got lost many times, very confusing room was too small, not comfortable at all 22% gratuity charge on room service is terrible - very expensive
