Classic property Cons: Gave us rooms on 2nd floor stating only those rooms are available even though the whole hotel had hardly 10-15 guests.

Super central part of the Denver Tech area. Super close to everything including restaurants. Has a wonderful breakfast buffet. Rooms and hotel could use remodel. Bed very comfortable room very clean and staff wonderful

Great stay!
Friendly staff, good food at restaurant. Like the free coffee in the morning. Room is nice, good size. Bathroom is too small, but besides that, very comfortable.

Comfortable, pleasant stay even if a bit shop-worn
Our room was very nice. Top floor with a sky view window. One of the automatic roller shades was damaged and needs to be repaired. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very small although adequate to meet needs. Only morning coffee was complimentary and I was disappointed there was no decaf available. Location is good and relatively quiet but for the drag racing that occurs late night on the adjacent interstate...however the hotel cannot be held responsible for that... I just wonder were the police were!

I was frustrated when I tried to pre-check because the call simply would not go through. But, when we arrived we checked in quickly. I had reserved an accessible room with a roll in shower. I was relieved when we actually got that room. We did ask for a shower chair but they brought a small shower bench. I’m not stable enough to sit safely on something so small so I showered in my wheelchair. The room was very nice but there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. That was a disappointment. Biggest disappointment was the restaurant. We went down for breakfast. I was expecting a menu and server. Instead there was a buffet. A very modest offering at that, eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes plus bagel’s and yogurts. It wasn’t till i got to the back of the buffet that I found out my small serving of bacon and eggs was $18! We’ll stay again but won’t be eating there.

Disappointing
This might be the most outdated and sub-par Sheraton in the country. The bed was like a taco, the decor looks like it hasn't changed since the 80s, we were warned at check in not to eat the food there... definitely disappointing since I specifically chose this property because it was a Sheraton and I figured it was a safe bet. Sadly not the case.

This property was in great condition and very clean. Bathroom in the room was way to small and quite uncomfortable. The Starbucks on site was wonderful. Overall, nice stay.

It was a little run down, but generally nice. Not many Sheratons are such a bargain. The Starbucks in lobby was never open.

I did not end up staying. I had to wait some hours for a deposit to post, and although I had a reservation, I was told I was "loitering" by young staff members. Then another one lied and said she could not find it, despite the email I had. Its ok though :). I recommend the Hyatt anyway. Much better service and quality. .

Quick and easy check in. The room was spacious and clean. Really liked the pool area. The area around the hotel had several restaurant options that were a quick walk. Only minor complaint is there was hardly any pressure from the shower head and it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We booked this room last minute due to our original hotel having a broken pool. We didn't have much time to thoroughly read about the hotel. Upon arrival, we discovered the pool was uninviting and felt like it was in a basement. The bathroom had toothpaste splatter all over the walls, never was cleaned up after request. And, there was no refrigerator in the room. It's been awhile since I've seen a hotel room with no refrigerator. The front desk agent did accommodate and had housekeeping bring a refrigerator. It looked like it had gone through a lot with dents and scratches that looked like it had been mangled but it worked. We were also disappointed that there was no continental breakfast. The restaurant breakfast menu was very limited so we chose restaurants outside the hotel. Vending machines were broken so we couldn't even get a cold bottle of water. There weren't even snack vending machines. The fitness room was also very dirty. We wanted to leave upon arrival but had to settle as we had already had a bad experience with the previous hotel. Overall this place is extremely outdated. The friendly customer service was the only good thing.

This is our second time staying at this resort and just got stuck here because our favorite hotel was booked. It was an okay stay, but I have an issue with my spine, and the bed in this hotel was so uncomfortable it made it painful to even walk the next day and continued to get worse until we checked out and went to a different hotel for the remainder of our trip. The walls are paper thin and the person snoring next door kept us up at night, as well as their alarm clock going off at 4 AM. Location is good, but the hotel itself is just mediocre. There was never any ice in the ice machine (6th floor). This hotel is good as an absolute last resort, but definitely won’t ever be my first choice. It’s like an elevated Super 8. Definitely go somewhere else (more comfortable and with more privacy) if given the chance.

Fabulous Week!
I was there for six nights for a conference, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff were so generous and kind. The room was excellent. Right around the corner from a Target store, and lots of Uber Eats options. I would definitely stay there again.

I was surprised at a Sheraton property in this type of shape. I served it's purpose I was able to come in and go to bed. I attended a 6 day class and didn't get to do anything else. I know I would not have stayed for a leisure or vacation trip.

They advertise this property as having a gym and an indoor pool... Surprise surprise they don't have either one of them! Me and my family specifically booked this hotel for those reasons and to find out it was all a BIG LIE was extremely disappointing!

Good hotel in a good location. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was here for a few weeks on business and the front desk manager, William, worked with me to keep my discounted rate I received from Hotels.com when I needed to extend. Everyone at the front desk was nice and always willing to be as helpful as possible. I would have no problems staying here again.
