Nice hotel, quiet street for the weekend!

Staff was really friendly & helpful. . .our room was furnished nicely (I LOVE an easy chair & ottoman after traveling all day!!). . .we'll probably start staying there every year when we come for the drag races at Bandimere Raceway!

In great need of updating. Room was too dark.

Pros: The bed.
Cons: The layout of the room; one of the hotel staff was rude; the dark drab carpet; the dark hallways.
Hotel is in need of updating. The strange bathroom configuration is terrible (sink outside) small shower area. The room was dark and drab and the carpet was dirty. The only good thing about it was that the bed was OK. I will not stay here again.

Worst Sheraton Experience I have ever had

Our experience was horrible from the moment we walked in. The staff was extremely unhelpful, hotel did not have the amenities listed and the room, especially bathroom, looked NOTHING like they advertise. Within the first 2 minutes, my one year old had found a pacifier-that we did not bring. At that point, we were so disappointed in the quality of the hotel that I went down to the front desk to question where all the amenities were that they list. The employee tried to salvage our night by sending up two complimentary robes-that never arrived :( Considering what we paid for our room, there are many other very nice, clean hotel chains that we could have stayed at that ACTUALLY have the amenities that we enjoy.

Air conditioner super loud. Pool water cloudy/murky. Food excellent. Front desk ok. Had to wait while person took a call and we had to wait for awhile

I want to stay downtown, but there were no rooms.

Pros: The staff
Cons: Everything was great.
I truly got lucky, this was a awesome hotel and the drive to Downtown was nothing to worry about. I go to Denver a lot for business and plan on staying there from now on.

Two nights

Pros: Breakfast. Convenience. Nice area--Lakewood.
Cons: Inspection of the rooms by the maid service and/or management.
The overall stay in this hotel was very nice. Our room was big and roomy. Bath/shower area was wonderful; however the tub was very slow to drain. Very slow. It was within easy walking distance of some great choices in eateries, cheaper meals - moderately priced meals. We did not take advantage of the restaurant within the hotel. We did order breakfast in our room one morning and it was great. No complaints. Pricey, but good. When I closed the draperies to our room I noticed what appeared to be vomit on the curtains/draperies. Unnoticeable when the drapes were opened and pulled together, but once spread out and closed...vomit. Disgusting. We slept with the drapes open. 2nd complaint in the cleanliness of the room--there were two queen beds. Be accustomed to sleeping in a King size bed, we chose to sleep individually in a bed. When pulling up the duvet, again...vomit on the duvet. Disgusting. I kicked the duvet to the floor and didn't use it. We chose to stay at this hotel because of the convenience to Red Rocks Amphitheater. I would recommend this hotel. I would also recommend not being shy to formally complain to the front desk about the overall cleanliness of the room if you find it displeasing. I did NOT speak with management because the hotel was booked full the two nights that we stayed there. What would they have done? Most likely nothing.

Bathtub would not drain! Maintenance came in first am & claimed to have fixed issue. Next am same thing! Showering while standing in 8" of water! Yuck! Would not stay here again.

We are sorry that this guest had an issue with the drainage from their bath tub. This is obviously not acceptable and we will look into our service logs to try to identify which room had the issue. Our drains in the tubs have the push to stop and push to release style of operation. If a guest steps on the plug it will stop draining until the plug is released (by pushing it again). We assure readers that this is not a common issue.

First night the AC and TV were broke.

We got our room and it looked great but we soon found out the AC didn't work in our room and the TV didn't either. We called the desk and they said someone would check it out so we left for a while. We came back later and parked in the basement garage. The entrance door to the elevator in the garage was broken so we had to walk out of the garage and around to the front of the building to get in. We told them the door in the garage was broke and went up to our room. The AC was still broke and the TV didn't work. I called the desk and she said they couldn't do anything about it until the morning. We switched rooms in the morning and got one that was pretty worn out but the AC and TV did work. We left for a while and again parked in the garage and couldn't get in. We walked around and told them the door was still broke. This place was a BIG disapointment for the price we paid. We would never stay there again and advise against it.
