“Don't go there!”

Rented room 313. Air Conditioner did not work, Denver was 98 degrees. When I walked into the room, the window was actually sitting on the floor. No smoke alarm hooked up in the room. Shower door did not shut No coffee cups or dirinking cups left in the room. No hair dryer, management had to take a dryer out of another room for me Carpets in hallways and elevator were flithy, hadn't been vacuumed in a while. .

“Terrible”

Very dirty, barely functional air conditioning until I cleaned the filter myself. Second night, the key stopped working and it took three tries to get a set that did. If there were other hotels available I would have switched.

“would stay again”

this hotel was nice for the price. Nothing to fancy, but was clean and staff was friendly. my family was on vacation and we stayed here for 4 days and were satisfied with the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Very convienent location and easy to get back to main highway. Would recommend to anyone and would deffinitly stay here again.

staff was very friendly and helpful, allowed us to check in early. room was very clean. Location was great for everything we had planned. We stayed there for three nights, will stay there again.

lots to do in Denver. We went to the Aquarium, Coors Field and the Zoo. All located within a few miles of each other

“Good and Affordable Experience”

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The desk and service staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and personable. The price was a great value.

The area the hotel was located in was a very nice area with shopping nearby, specifically the Park Meadows Mall. Downtown Denver would be a great treat for out of state visitors, as well.

“If you're not picky...”

This hotel has gone downhill in the past few years. Until we arrived for check-in, I didn't realize that I'd stayed here before. And sadly, I was disappointed this time around. Everything seems to have slipped. Maintenance is down, cleanliness is down, even the free breakfast seems to have gotten worse. I can't complain too much, since I didn't pay much for the room, but if you want to do anything more than sleep, pass on this one.

“Great Value”

Great value for the price. Rooms were very clean and other facilities very nice. Surrounding neighborhood was nice. Would definitely recommend.
