Nice Hotel close to the airport

Pros: Free long term parking
Cons: A/C - definitely needs to be quieter.
Nice suites with living area, clean, comfortable beds. The only thing that needs to be upgraded is the A/C. Unexpectedly loud for a hotel where a night is $149.00. Otherwise everything else is fine. We chose this hotel also because of their free long term parking.

New hotel, badly finished.

New hotel. Staff friendly. Whoever sign off on contractors who finished hotel should be ashamed. Plastic tub insert was cracked more than two feet (each) on two walls and not at the seams. Instead of replacing - had just caulked - badly. Coffeemaker had a broken top, wall paper around tub was already peeling, carpet transition to tile at bath was frayed and badly done - hotel could not be more than a few months old. Will be a rathole in a few years based upon current state and wear. Is a shame - room size is great and laid out well. Close to airport and quiet.

I am sorry that you experienced a broken tile board at the shower. You are correct in stating it was an install issue but unfortunately the contractor followed the manufacturer’s instructions which has proven to be wrong. We will be addressing these issues during our renovation at the end of this year. We are not a few months old but seven years young so we are excited to see the renovations at the end of the year. We will be on the lookout for the issues noted so we can get that coffee maker replaced and other issues corrected. We have a regular preventative maintenance program which has proven to be beneficial since the room presented as being only a few months old. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to be addressing your issues. Thank you and we hope to see you back soon and invite you back to see the refreshed product in early 2016.

Overnight Stay to Catch a Flight

The hotel was nice and quiet. It is conveniently located to catch a plane at the Denver airport. I didn't need a shuttle but I heard the front desk inform another group that the hotel had a shuttle going to the airport starting early in the morning. It sounded like it went every 30 minutes or so starting at 4:00 am! That should be verified but I thought that was terrific service. The free breakfast was nice. It started earlier than most. I think it started at 5 am which is great for those that have to catch early planes. The eating area was clean and comfortable. I will surely stay here again when my travels bring me to Denver!

Close to the airport and free short term parking

Pros: Close to the airport, early breakfast, free short term parking, nice size suites.
Location: Very close to DIA.
Nice and clean suites with very comfortable sitting area. Free breakfast from 5am which is really convenient for early flights. We had 4 days trip and stayed at this hotel the night before. We wanted to leave the car at the hotel, thought there will be a little charge per day but actually it was free. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport, and the hotel is about 7 min drive away from DIA. Definitely will stay there again.

Nice hotel second time staying there. Most staff was nice except one clerk. Towels were also not stocked regularly in pool clerk seemed put out when asked for some

We can understand how frustrating it was not having towels available for you at the pool. Then even more frustrating to get a lack luster response from one of our staff members. We have discussed with the members of the staff to ensure we are keeping the pool stocked. We are sorry for the experience.

My son and I traveling to Aspen CO for a week of skiing. We had a late arrival into Denver and booked the room in advance. The Hotel was convenient to the Air Port rooms were great and staff exultant.

The person that checked up in was very helpful. We were able to store our skies behind the desk. We needed some duct tape and she search for something to help us with. My only negative comment would be the sofa bed leaned to one side. Otherwise the stay was great. Would stay her again.
