Clean hotel and pleasant staff

Posted Aug 1, 2015
Cons: Large space between room door and floor allowed a lot of light to pass under it and for someone who needs adark room it was a little irritating.
Location: Directly across from the Medical center so easily walkable got the facilities.
First time at a Springhill Suites and it was very pleasant. Large rooms with separate area for working and relaxing. Shower had good water pressure and bed was very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Impressive Hotel Close to the Medical Center

Posted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: Clean and room configuration is great!!
Location: Medical Center is across the street
This was my first stay at a SpringHill Suites and it definitely won't be my last. The staff was very friendly and helpful giving an immediately good first impression. The rooms are lovely. It was very spacious with a separate sitting room with a couch. There is a coffee maker and nice flat screen TV. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. The toilet area was separate from the shower and also had a sink. The shower area also had a sink - very convenient!! The towels were large and not stained or worn at all. The hotel was immaculately clean. The free wifi was fast and in the morning there is a full buffet breakfast and coffee available all day. There is also a small bar in the lobby. Very nice stay and we will definitely look for SpringHill Suites in the future because our stay here was so nice.

Across from UC Hospital complex

Posted Jun 10, 2015
Pros: The calming, serene decor and amenities and the outstandingly helpful staff.
Cons: Better availability of on site food services. Perhaps an afternoon light foods buffet in the afternoon.
Location: If you are utilizing medical services at the UC Hospital and Anchutz Medical Complex you couldn't have a better location.
We have stayed twice at this property. Both times were excellent experiences. Beautiful, comfortable room with all of the amenities one would expect. Quiet, serene, calming colors. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker in room and small "store" in corner of lobby with snacks and frozen items. Breakfast buffet very good. No on site food services after breakfast but a number of casual dining establishments within walking or shuttle distance. Beautiful pool area and exercise room. We especially appreciated the shuttle service to and from the Anchutz Cancer Center. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful in every way. The hotel appears to be the home for many patients receiving services at the UC Hospital and Denver Children's Hospital across the street. They are very sensitive to the special needs of these individuals. Springhill Suites has become our home when we are in Denver for treatments. We walk in the door and say "We're home!" Thanks Springhill Suites.

Close to Hospital

Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: Closeness to the hospital.
A boys soccer team without proper adult supervision was staying across the hall. They slammed doors, kicked the ball and ran through the hallway and up and down the stairs talking and yelling loudly until almost 1130 pm. After calling the front desk, security responded and the problem was solved.

Comfortable and clean

Posted Apr 12, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed here on a whim while a family member was in the ICU across the street. Arrived and the front desk lady was so rude and inconsiderate. Stayed 4 nights and had a very comfortable room which was very clean. Continental breakfast was typical for a free breakfast- nothing fancy.
