Excellent staff makes up for minor issues

My only issues were with other guests. Some guests were loud at various times and walls are a little thin. Easy to hear conversations in other rooms and noises from suite above. I do believe that this was more just loud/inconsiderate guests. Staff was excellent. Friendly, eager to assist, and very helpful. I really liked the light touch cleaning, breakfast buffet was very complete, and light dinners were available mid week. I would definitely stay here again.

Employees were outstanding,... all EXCEPT the hotel manager: Tanya?was incredibly rude, threatening, unprofessional for no reason.. very confused. Bit of a battle with the flu and was LITERALLY a couple minutes delayed beyond the time they informed me I would be checking out,... :( everything was great until the moment I walked out the door :(. STILL confused, DID CUSTOMER SERVICE DIE WITH THE 50s? Will not return under any circumstances

A pretty good stay if you get at a good discount

The facade was dirty and there were a few wasps hanging around the front. The staff were friendly, the room was a bit small but comfortable, not worth the per night original price, but the per night discount was reasonable for what it was.

Couldn't have been better!!

Pros: Convenient to where family and friends live, not a long drive from airport, excellent amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Can't think of anything that needs improving.
Location: Near Highlands Ranch, very convenient to the highways that take you to the most popular attractions and Rocky Mountain vistas.
Stayed here to be near family and friends. What a great motel--we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Ultra clean, rooms with kitchenettes, great breakfast, helpful staff (one of us forgot to pack a sweater for the cool nights and the lady in charge of booking the meeting rooms literally gave us the sweater off her back to borrow during our stay)!

Perfect location for our needs. Great restaurants near by, awesome shopping, staff was friendly, free breakfast was good, free evening reception. Room was large, clean, comfortable bed, great shower...we found our go to hotel for our trips to Denver!

Very nice, but has dogs, so if you have allergies bring antihistamine.
