First room smelled funny, second one was better

Pros: Price, size, decor.
Cons: The smell as I stated above.
Location: Just right for me.
The first room smelled funny, like a combination of a dog smell and humidity, I asked for a room change inmediately, the second room was better, no dog smell but the humidity odor was present, it seems the carpect was cleaned recently which caused the humidity odor. The first day we left the AC on for several hours to remove the humidity, which helped reducing the humidity odor. The following days we left the window partially open and the bathroom fan on to create an air circulation, after a few days the room had improved quite a bit. Had this been done by the hotel just after cleaning the carpert, the room rating would be "pleasing" rather than plain OK.

Quality, inexpensive hotel option

It was a very pleasant experience. The business center where I was hoping to print my boarding pass but there was only one computer and a three person wait to use it, so I decided not to wait. Also, I wouldn't say there was really anything worth having at the complimentary breakfast. The hotel, however was very nice, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and the area felt safe. I would recommend this as an expensive option if you are staying near Denver or Boulder, it's an easy drive to either place.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience at our Super. We have make your own waffles, buscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, hot and cold cereal and several other items on the super starter breakfast, I'm sorry if you didn't find anything you preferred. I'm glad you found our rooms clean. We have just put new carpet in every room and new drapes, head boards bedding and flat screen TVs. We do appreciate you're feed back.

Economical price for a high end super 8

This was a surprisingly nicely appointed Super 8 but the best part of the visit was the exceptionally helpful people at the front desk - especially Ruth.

I reserved a queen bed and charged me for that, but they just have full with dirty sheets.

I'm sorry, we have Queen and King beds, no full, we have a great house keeping staff that takes pride in our Hotel, every bed gets changed everyday. Please let us know if you are not satisfied and we will make everything perfect.

Nice hotel...after I was moved from a smoking room

Everything was great after we were moved.we hit there really late and the grave yard guy wasn't very helpful.

Pros: price
Cons: decorating, modeling, overall care of facility
Location: 1st bank center
great for the price, just odds and ends that were a little disappointing. the breakfast could have been better as well. no meat, eggs, that we saw. paintings, mirrors, trimmings at the hotel itself were not done with pride we should say. it minor things were taken care of the hotel would be great rather than ok.

Stay here if you don't want a relaxing experience

Pros: Pillows were wonderful
Cons: Smell was not good. They should offer different sprays (for different tastes) at the front desk so people can ask for them. Redesign bathroom entry.
I read the reviews and thought I'd be okay with this one-night stay. The picture of the room was deceiving when it came to the bathroom. If I had been a larger person, I would not have been able to get into the bathroom. The tiny bathroom had a door that swung in -- where the toilet was right behind it -- and I had to squeeze between the door and the sink in order to get in there and then close the door to be able to even walk the two steps you can walk in there to either shower or use the toilet. That was inconvenient, for sure, and aggravating. The part that really bugged me was that it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but there was an obvious tobacco order. It had the smell of that odor spray that is also nasty to smell. So I went to Walmart and bought some better spray and sprayed the entire room. That was the only way I could stand to be there for the night. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the pillows were really nice. I noticed that this motel attracts workers who travel and stay the week -- blue collar workers. That's probably why it didn't suit my needs - it caters to that population. Wish I would've paid a little more to go to another hotel closeby.

Pam, Thank you for letting us know about your stay. I'm sorry your room was not to your liking. We have several size rooms and your reservation was made for a Queen room. I would suggest you try our King room or one of our Suites. I do appoigize if there was a smoke smell in your room, we do everything in our power to provent the use of tobacco in the rooms.
