Stock Show motel

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Put hot tub back in, make sure the exterior doors lock and make sure the room keys open the doors the next day after checkin.
Location: Was there for stock show only so didn't go to other places
They took the hot tub out....one of the main reasons I chose that motel.....What's up with that!!!! I'll look for a new one for my future years!

The hotel was good to stay at, but they got the rooms wrong and the bathroom was a little dirty,but the bed was very good to sleep on and the heat worked very good so that was good.

Friendly atmosphere

I found the staff to be extremely accommodating. They were always above and beyond my expectations.I got the idea a lot of construction workers stayed there weekly. They knew everybody by name and were very friendly to everyone. The hotel itself is nothing great, but the staff certainly made you feel at home.

Pros: Nice location and comfie
Cons: Fix the hot tub! And no pool
Location: Westminster, CO. Close to shopping and the interstate. Made it easy to get around
We were there 2 nights and I wish they had some different things for breakfast. They only made gravy and biscuits, no eggs or sausage. But overall, it was decent.

Bad customer sevice

When we got there they didn't have my room they had gave it away at 8pm paid for room with 2 queen beds microwave and fridge smoking got small room 1 bed no microwave or fridge looked like a room that wasn't rented need remolded. Was told first think in the morning they would move us at 11am still no room said they were cleaning it at 12pm asked all maids gone to lunch got room around 1:30 and the night we checked in not very friendly about helping a little better not so rude the next day but not very helpful we wanted to use the spa before leaving for the Denver Bronco game because would be closed when we got back that night and told them why we wanted a room at 11am taking till 1:30 wasn't fair. Needed to shower and get ready to leave at 4pm for game and told them that they acted like I was putting them out and asking for something above and beyond. I feel I paid for that room not the one we got first night and should have been refunded for the difference in the rooms but wasn't ever even told we are sorry. Just acted like we were putting them out and all I wanted was what I paid for they need to learn customer service and how to hand the public. Not happy about the whole thing in general wont stay there ever again.

The room was great! Got a good night's sleep before beginning the long trip home. We had all we needed for our one night stay and the clerk was very helpful getting us an extension cord.

The office staff is always very helpful, professional & friendly. The woman who oversees the breakfasts Thurs-Sat is rather controlling. She wouldn't let me pour my own waffle mix, she tells people to move the tables & why they are to be that way, etc. Breakfast Sun was so much more pleasant when Sharon was working in the breakfast area. She is much friendlier, courteous & helpful. I told her we really appreciated her efforts to make our stay better.

great stay

really nothing bad to say about your hotel. only thing that could use a tiny bit of refreshing is front counter staff gave us the wrong directions to a restaurant she suggested to us but a gas station clerk told us the way to get there. no biggie would stay at your hotel again in the future without hesitation.

Updated rooms, windows not in great shape. I paid for a smoking room, but they were all full when I arrived.
