Happy with our stay. Thought the rooms on each floor would be decorated in that floors theme but they aren’t. Rooms were nice and staff was friendly!

The Curtis is a very unique and funky place. The staff was very kind and helpful (they even gave us a water and a cookie upon checking in). The decor was so fun and different. And the attached restaurant is really delicious and convenient. We were there for a show at Ball Arena which was only a short walk away.

Stayed in the ghostbuster suite…loved every minute of it! Staff was helpful & friendly! Room was very clean & quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable!

I was at The Curtis for an event and it was great - the food at the event was awesome. However, The Corner Office - the restaurant attached is poorly staffed and food is not that great for price you have to pay. Room service? You'll have to go down to The Corner Office and get it yourself. More food options would be nice - beyond the 5 and Dime area in the lobby.

I loved the cute little photo ops of the hotel. It was so cute and the employees were so kind and made sure we had plenty of cookies and water. There were lots of great places to eat and a starbucks nearby and we walked everywhere. We are sooo thankful for this stay and cant wait to go back.

Heat did not work properly, thermostat was basically useless. Toilet would run continuously. Garage gates worked intermittently.

The kids loved all the different themed floors the hotel had to offer. Truly a fun weenend for all of us. Best part of this location is that its so close to venues we like to go to. Thank you to the staff for helping with all the questions we had.

I requested and paid for a King Suite prior to staying. I received a Queen bed very small room with no sitting area. No microwave, nor hair blow dryer. Not anything I expected from what Expedia stated I was receiving with payment.

Thank you for staying with us here at the Curtis! We do want to go ahead and apologize for not receiving the room type that you initially booked. I will go ahead and communicate with our housekeeping department about a blow dryer not being inside of the room there should be one in every room. Microwaves unfortunately are not in any of the rooms there is a microwave for guest use on the second floor in the business centre. We will relay the information regarding your stay to all of our managers to make sure any future guests don't bump into this situation.

The hotel is super cute! Artistic! Love it. Only problem is the shower. Water pressure is weak and not hot enough. Other than that, excellent place to stay.

What a unique hotel. Each floor has its own theme, so the hallways all look different. The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Both nights we stayed we did not have hot water. I let the staff know the morning after our first night. I explained we’d be out for the day, and maintenance could go in our room to fix it. We came back in the evening and it was not fixed. The front desk said they forgot because of how busy they were. I asked for another room, which they happily agreed to. This room also had no hot water. The staff member said we’d get our entry stay free because of this. On the way out the next morning we couldn’t exit the parking garage because of a malfunctioning gate. A staff member(same person I’d been notifying of the lack of hot water) came out and let us out of the park garage. She then called me an idiot as we left. We will never stay here again. Staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and don’t care. This is obviously a reflection of Hilton. Management needs to change.

The city block had experienced power loss prior to checking in and made the process impossible. The hotel did everything they could to get the system up and running again and maintained a huge level of professionalism. Once they fixed the issue, check in was a breeze and we had a wonderful stay!

PROS: I'll start by saying that EVERY staff member I encountered was so nice and very willing to assist with my issues. They were all great so kudos for that! The area is convenient. I was able to walk to Ball Arena with ease. The restaurant had some pretty decent food. My rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. CONS: No hot water for 2/3 nights. Very disappointing considering it was like 15 & below out. I let a young lady at the desk know and she said she'd send an engineer while I was out. I decided to follow up b4 the bball game & the guy said there was no work order placed. He then said he'd send an engineer (again). On return, he said someone went and fixed it. It was 10 degrees out, snowing & my water was still at most tepid. Not suitable for a shower. I called the desk (around 1:30 AM) informing them. Jesus was great & allowed me to test the water in another room prior to moving. I changed rooms and when I got ready to shower, it was much less than warm. I was given a lunch voucher also so the next day I informed them again after I ate. I was given a dinner voucher, an engineer came to my room & they were working on getting me a partial refund. Later that evening when I went down to eat, the weather caused issues and the restaurant closed early. I had chips for dinner. At least the shower was warm? Unacceptable for a Hilton brand
