No issues at all. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The business center printer was out of service, however the staff accommodated our print requests by allowing us to use their front office computer and printer. I felt valued during my stay.

Location, Friendly Staff, Clean

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: Everything! Most of all the location and cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: The price of parking in the hotel $28/night
Location: Location is excellent and close to so many things. You will be able to walk easily to Larimer Square, 16th Street Mall, restaurants, etc.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The overall feel of the hotel is fun, lively and just overall feels happy. The decor is very nice and updated. The rooms are small but utilization of the space is just perfect. The rooms were clean. The location is perfect. We walked to Larimer Square and it is just a prime location in downtown. I lost my camera one night and I knew it was either in the hotel area or just outside the hotel when I lost it. I did not discover this however until the next morning. I checked with the hotels lost and found and surprisingly someone had turned the camera in. I was thankful to the honest person who returned my camera. Thank you.

Not happy

Posted Sep 3, 2014
Was happy with every part of the hotel until returning home and recieving a charge on my debit card for parking over night. At no time was that explained to me or was a sign posted as to the amount it would be charged. At the time of giving my debit card it was explained to me that it was only for accidentals nothing else. Parking in not accidental. I just spent over $200 a night to stay at the hotel pretty sure parking should be included.

Cons: Better signage in parking lot as to how to check out. You don't slide parking ticket - you slide Room Key!
Loved taking the rickshaw taxi to the football game!

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Pros: Friendly staff. Great location.
Location: Close to 16th Street Mall, Pepsi Center and Performing Arts Center. Coors Field is even walk able.
We spent 3 nights here. The room was small. but, it was all we needed. The staff were very friendly, from the front desk to the bartenders at the Corner Office. And the location was perfect for us. We could walk to the 16th Street Mall (2 blocks away) and the Pepsi Center. We will definitely stay at The Curtis next time we go to Denver.

Fun, funky hotel

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Funky decor, clean rooms.
Cons: A little more organization when they hold your luggage. We were almost given the wrong bag, but it was quickly rectified by the helpful staff.
Location: Coors Field, the Colorado Conference Center, shopping, various breweries
I really enjoyed this hotel. It has a pop culture theme throughout and it is a fun place to stay. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Disco Brunch at the Corner Office restaurant was delicious. Plus, you can't beat the Doubletree cookies when you check in too. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Not your typical hotel which is why it's GREAT!

I had a long and tiresome flight and was very hungry and irritated when I initially arrived. That quickly was changed when I was greeted by a beautiful and smiling woman at the front desk. She gave me a warm soft chocolate chip cookie upon arrival which was quite satisfying at the time. I was about 3 hours early for check in but they allowed me to get a room right away to put my stuff in. The room was fantastic. Not very large in comparison to others I've had but the cleanliness and quality of the furniture made up for lack of size. Wonderful view of downtown Denver. Great location that is close to all the fun places to visit. I truly enjoyed my time in Denver and a lot of that is contributed to The Curtis and it's staff.
