My daughter and friends had a wonderful time taking prom pictures at this property. Lots of open spaces inside and out, especially when weather isn’t great.

The Good: property was amazing and soo beautiful staff was soo nice and welcoming. The place was excellent bathroom, room, well stocked and you could tell it was very clean! The room was soo nice and very well kept.
The meh: The elevators were not the greatest they kept breaking or freaking out and I knowww I sound like a Karen but under the bed was terrible there was bottles and drink caps.( only know because I drop something under there)

When you check-in you have to let us know you have a dog, sorry that this never happened, we do have the right to charge you for the pet, Thank you for staying with us.
This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in awhile. Zeke at the front desk was impressive. I stayed here for a few days with my family and the beds were really comfortable, the king size rooms with balconies were perfect for our family. The dinning was really good too. I loved that there were pool tables and things for the family as well.

Room was very small and basic. Limited selection for dinning and staff was snooty, rude, and prejudice. Especially the girl behind the desk named Lora. We purchase this stay has a treat and should've spent more money at a more high end resort. This was a generic cheap resort. Not worth the time and money. Didn’t even stay the whole extent. Also Expedia didn't even send them our reservations and we ended up having to pay more at the hotel with new reservations. Staff didn't even accommodate the amount that was qouted and went on to stay the rooms are actually worth $300-$500 a night. Never in my life I would waste my money on something so cheap.

This was a wonderful hotel, the room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I loved staying somewhere with so many amenities, the pool, hot tub, restaurants and spa were amazing. The only thing I wish our room had was a microwave.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and quiet. We ordered coffee and breakfast from the Starbucks counter in the lobby and it’s definitely not Starbucks coffee and breakfast sandwiches. When we tried to exchange a pastry because it tasted off, the staff was very rude about it.

Loved our visit but were very disappointed in the Valentine dinner. The drinks had no taste and the entrees were not edible they tasted awful. The soup was good and the salad was good but $16.00 for a little salad, yikes would not eat there again
