Company PartyPosted Dec 14, 2014
Pros: The staff was quite attentive and the accommodation was excellent.
Cons: Include some black tea bags with the coffee service. The staff brought some up anyway so it really is very minor.
Location: You are already downtown which is always an adventure, plenty to explore.
I spent the night downtown after our company holiday party and really enjoyed the stay.

Best. Hotel. EverPosted Dec 10, 2014
Pros: The service, the room and pretty much everything about it. Loved the old charm and cozy lobby.
Location: Located downtown it is near everything. Football stadium, Aquarium, park, best dinning in Denver.
Fantastic up and down the board. Amazing service. the doormen were superb and directed us to place and directions that would only be known to locals. Friendly staff and everything about the stay was beyond our expectations. We went in with high standards as it was a 4 star place and they were exceeded

Beautifully decorated for Christmas, this was one of the most beautiful, historic hotels we have ever stayed in. A most attentive, helpful and friendly staff completed this lovely stay. Thank-you!

The hotel staff was pleasant and also extremely informative about the area. They were also very accommodating to out needs. The shower in the room was the only thing we did not like about the hotel, as it was a corner shower with a curtain and you could not shower without the curtain touching you.

We were booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1 because of an issue we had with our room. We would not stay at this hotel again, despite helpful service in resolving our billing and issue.

Amazing location!Posted Sep 11, 2014
Cons: The only suggestion would be different shower heads. We had to dance around to get wet.
We booked this hotel for a Denver Broncos game and the location was great. Right across the street from Union Station, which is beautiful, to take the light rail to the game and it's within a short walk to Coors Field, home of the Rockies. Plenty of restaurants and shops on the 16th Street Mall. The staff was amazing from the front door to the room service. The breakfast in bed was our favorite part!
