“Doesn't get any better!”
Doesn't get any better in Denver!
“Bring more money”
We were not happy that we had to pay for parking at the hotel everyday. They would give you an $8 voucher for a $28 daily fee plus you have to pay for wi-fi in your room.
“Great hotel at a good price”
The hotel was great. Service was great, and its in a great location. The jets in the hot tub didn't work which is my only complaint.
“Winter fun in Denver”
All 3 generations enjoyed our recent stay at The Westin Denver Downtown. After breakfast in the lobby we skated on the rink, enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tub. We strolled a few blocks through magical lights to a beautiful dinner. It was really easy to find our way back because of the clock tower lit up at night. The concierge, the front desk, and the valet parking attendant were so friendly and helpful.
“Downtown 16th Street Mall”
Hotel was located near shopping, Pepsi Center and Coors Field
“Great downtown hotel”
The parking valets were remarkably cheerful and helpful. We know Denver so we did not need the help finding places, but they always asked. We loved the night view with the city buildings lit up just outside our window. And, it was full moon so we had some breathtaking views.
“Great Hotel on the 16th Street Mall”
This a great hotel and location on the 16th street maill Downtown Denver.
“Bathroom was awful”
The bathroom was dated and I felt uncomfortable in it. Pool was disgusting
“Great location”
This hotel has a great location right on the 16th street Mall. You can take the mall ride to restaurants and can catch a carriage to ride just a few steps away. The only problem is that I could hear the water running for a shower in the room next door. It wasn't really loud, but did wake me up. We were up late the night before. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful.
“Brief specific review”
This hotel is overpriced--no frig in room, for example. Also, on Sunday morning the room keys(neither of two) would work, locking us out of the room. What a pain at 7:15 on Sunday morning !!
