Overbooked - but accommodatingPosted Jul 11, 2015
Pros: Friendly front desk staff
Cons: No overbooking - but it was a busy night with all the flights being missed
Location: Not sure we left the next morning, but looked like plenty of places to eat.
We missed our flight in Denver and had to find a place to stay overnight. We took a cab ride over and were told that they overbooked and thre was no longer a room available. The front desk guys were very nice and accommodating. They ended up sending us over to another hotel and took us with the shuttle and the other hotel was fabulous!! They were very nice and apologetic about it and covered our stay at the other place. However, they did say that they would put in a request with management to refund our money but so far they haven't. Anyway, it all worked out nicely.

Don't go therePosted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: The room intself was nice
Cons: See above. Also, I found that the breakfast was of a poor quality.
Location: There are a few fats food resturants in a walking distance.
When checking out, the lady at the reception gave me a receipt on a smaller amount than what I actually paid in advance. She has no explenation for that. She called her manager, but that led to nothing. She promised they will check the matter and inform me, but they did not.

excellent excel for the taste increase MondayPosted Apr 29, 2015 on Hotels
The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The only negative part of the experience was the taste hike for Monday night's stay. It got terribly expensive.

I was really disappointed at how cheap appearing this hotel was. I also was very disappointed on the smell in the room when I entered even though it was very clean and neat and well kept. Its smell was that strong cleaner/stale smell that is sometimes evident in some of the cheaper hotels. Aside from that the staff was okay, the neighborhood and the accessibility was fantastic. I will probably not stay here again though, but I am extremely selective.

Excellent hotel near the airportPosted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Clean room, clean bathroom, quiet, excellent front desk staff
Cons: I can't think of anything
Location: Here is a great Thai place within walking distance, as well as a bar & grill with great margaritas. Ted's restaurant is a few blocks down as well.
I absolutely loved my stay here. The front desk staff (Brea, Sandy, and Sindy) were so helpful and so pleasant. They gave great information about attractions and had plenty of maps for out of towners on vacation. The complimentary continental breakfast is very nice--they have a waffle station and a wide variety of items. The rooms & bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Plus the location seems out of the way, but there are lots of restaurants and stores close by within walking distance. If you are in Denver and are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I would highly recommend this!
