Yoga workshop

The hotel is showing some age and could use new carpeting for example, but the rooms are spacious, the kitchen well stocked and the service is great.

Nice hotel. Very close to downtown.

Posted May 4, 2015
I really enjoyed the stay with my partner. It was only a $10 über ride to downtown. Friendly staff. The only con was the continental breakfast, little variety. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel. Pretty cheap for downtown.

Pros: Location and amenities.
Location: Art museum, Colorado history museum, 16th street mall, Cherry Creek Shopping center - a few miles, but easy to find.
Loved the location and amenities, especially the kitchen with real coffee maker and cups. I will definitely stay there again.

hotel with interesting history, close to downtown

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: see above
Location: close to all downtown, right off Speer so a major road leading to downtown right by the hotel and close to freeway for easy airport access
Nice hotel with character, free breakfast , cookies in the evening, quiet with no kids , looks to be more professional /business clients, nice friendly staff

Pleasant surprise!

Posted Feb 4, 2015
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the suite and facilities for the price.
Cons: The bed was a little soft for me - but I like a hard bed - and that is only a matter of personal choice.
Location: Location a bit too far downtown for walkers - but I was picked up by friends. Fine if you have a rental car - plenty of good free parking
Quick overnight business stay where I was just looking for a bed at a reasonable rate.

Great room, terrible bed.

Posted Feb 3, 2015
Pros: Inside, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was bigger than I had anticipated. It was clean, and everything worked.
Cons: The bed. The bed was really saggy in the middle. So, my wife and I basically sunk toward the middle. It was very uncomfortable.
Location: Several restaurants, pubs, museums, theaters are all within a mile and a half radius.
My wife and I stayed two nights to attend a concert and then a basketball game. We also visited the art museum.

Motel 6 is nicer

Posted Jan 21, 2015 on Hotels.com
Reminded me of a poorly constructed college dorm. Gaudy color on painted spray plaster drywall, cheap fixtures, Chinese furniture on thin carpet. K-mart breakfast. Not ANYTHING I would expect from Marriott!! This building won't last 10 years!
