Valli-Hi Motel

A cheap motel with big sliding glass windows that open onto the parking lot. They need new sheets, and they need to wash the blankets. And upgrade the electricity and fix the useless light switches. The electricity goes out when staff use their microwave. And one of our beds was very uncomfortable. When I looked under the bed before we left, I saw that it was because the boards that held up the mattress were broken and resting on the floor.

Cops were there at the time of arrival, Desk clerk was somewhat clueless about the reservation I previously made. All in all, the room was very filthy with terrible upkeep and cleanliness. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

For starters the hotel didn't have what I requested and I was told to be reimbursed for the total cost I had to contact the website customer service for help. When I finally agreed to accept the room they had for my family and I, I was informed that they had no roll away beds that we could use for the night instead of the 2 full size beds I requested. We were offered extra comforters as extra bedding, however we were not offered any extra pillows. The hotel's inside was super creepy, and there were some fixtures that weren't secured to anything, the TV had 2 different volume settings, loud or louder, the bed was rock hard and the sheets were ripped and stained with what appeared to be blood.

The staff was helpful but the room was horrible. I even got bed bug bites on my ankles and arms. I had to check out early and move to another hotel so was disappointed that I had to pay for another night anyway.

It's Kool just that the heater sucks and room was still dirty found empty beer bottles and burnt cigarette filters in the drawers but ill stay again

Do not stay here if you value your health and safety.

Dirty room, front deck lady during the day is NOT friendly at all.. Room was gross used rubbers under the bed, stains on the chairs and smelled bad. The ladies at night were at least nice. If your looking just for a room that you can come back to and sleep and then go back out then it would be ok .. but next time I'll pay the extra 20 dollars a night to get a cleaner place to enjoy my trip..
