my boyfreind and i stayed a night at the hampton in rockaway nj and it was great ! the bed was so comfy eveything in the room was exactly what we needed. we swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. even had dominos pizza deliverd to our hotel room. wifi worked great and the staff was wonderful. the breakfast in the morning was great too make your own waffles was fun :) all around would deff stay again :D

“As expected from a Hampton Inn”

It was for a one night stay only. The bed was a bit firm but the room was nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and answered questions without attitude. Breakfast was offered by the lobby consisting of pre-made western omelets and maple flavored smoked sausage. No issues to speak of. I would stay there again.

We would definitely go back. Loved the pool area and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day! Staff very accomodating!

“Handy option in the middle of I-80 in Jersey”

It's a nice little hotel with reasonable rates for what you get. Free wireless and an okay breakfast buffet are nice perks, and the rooms themselves and the staff were also quite nice. I wish there were a breakfast-free option and then I'd just go up the street to the Hibernia Diner for breakfast (it's hard for a hotel buffet to compare to fresh-cooked, even though there's some hot food), but it's a solid choice, considerably better than the Best Western that's at the same exit.

“decent stay”

This hotel is cozy and became a home from home for us ....our just to gey away place. They offef smoking rooms and for us thats a plus. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Room 203's bed squeeks horribly though so if you get that room request another The breakfast is not that great but there is a dinner close by and Dominos delivers. The comments are not read when booked through Expedia and the smoking request is not acknowledged so when you arrive you must confirm or call in advance. For the money its a decent stay.
