Very nice stay.

Pros: Overall cleanliness.
Cons: Bed comfort.
Location: Good location.
The bed was not the most comfortable. Air temperature stayed a comfortable 70 F. Bathroom was clean. Towels and bedding were clean. All-in-all a nice stay. Will stay again.

Pros: Amenities provided in the room--full size frig, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and dishwasher.
Cons: Nothing.
Great place to stay. Loved all the extras included in the room

Confirmation said Non smoking but none available.

Pros: Room layout.
Cons: Provide customer with non-smoking room when that was what was booked. Improve cleanliness.
Booked through expedia and the reservation confirmation said Non-Smoking room. However, when arrived there was only a smoking room available. Also, bed spread and curtains were dirty. Other than that, the room was well maintained and nice layout.

When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was pleasant. However she started going over things they didn't have instead of emphasizing their positives. I found the room to be very nice, updated,and very clean.

Not our happiest motel stay

Pros: Large room with kitchenette.
Cons: New mattresses and box springs. Daily maid service.
The bed was one of the worst we have ever slept in. It sagged to the middle as if someone had been jumping up and down in the center forever. Several problems didn't crop up until the second day of our stay. We went to use the shower and it was like getting stuck in front of a pressure washer and no adjustment was possible. I told the clerk at the front desk about the bed issue and he just laughed, but never commented. That evening who we returned to the room we found that there had not been any maid service and no fresh towels. When we went to the front desk to complain, we were told that "housekeeping only works during the week", so no maid service. We were able to get some extra towels. I think this could be a great motel if they would replace mattress and box springs in the room as well as provide maid service everyday, especially on the weekends. Will I ever stay at this motel again.... NO. And we travel to this area on regular basis.
