The hallways are not beautiful and have a faint smell (old carpets?) but the room was fine: large, quiet, reasonably clean, no smell, comfortable bed. Had a small fridge, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. No coffee pot, which would have been nice. I wouldn't count on wanting to eat their so-called breakfast. This is not a high class hotel, but it's adequate.

The housekeepers were nice and the pool was great to have even though sometimes it looked dirty. But the front desk staff service was terrible. From the beginning they had a nasty attitude with us. They were rude and lazy. They were usually away from the desk so had to wait or call them. Anytime we asked for towels or toilet paper they huffed like we were being an inconvenience to them. Maybe if they gave more at a time we wouldn't have to ask so much. We were there a little over a week waiting for an extended stay room to be available, otherwise we wouldn't of been there long at all.

We booked this room as a last minute stay before a flight. Our room was disgusting. There were black stains on the sheets and the top blanket bedding, as well as cigarette burn holes. We went down to the front desk to get new bedding and they only gave us new sheets, so we had to sleep without a blanket. There were dirty spots on the floor, and we felt as though we had to wear shoes in the room. The non-carpeted floor was sticky, and there were cobwebs hanging from the walls.

YUCK! Let's start with the smell...the hallway to my room had an odd, not clean smell. The entire hotel could use a face lift. The room was run down, there were burn holes in the blanket (not bedspread) on top of the bed, it was just gross. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal and some breakfast sausage in a crock pot. There was a waffle iron, but no batter, no fruit, no yogurt, just dry cereal and old sausage. The check-in clerk wasn't rude, but he certainly wasn't friendly. To say the least, I wasn't impressed. If you are looking for a comfortable place to spend the night, look elsewhere!

The front desk of this hotel is barely manned and a phone jeeds ised to get attention. Key cards kept deactivating. Front desk girl told me to stop putting them with my phone. When i told her i havent she just rolled her eyes. There was hair and old soap in the shower. But tue rest of the room was okay. Bed was comfy. The male that would man the desk was kind and attentive. The female in the mornings was never there and acted like it was an inconvenience when she was called. Just overall rough customer service.

My room smelled horrible. I asked to be switched and it took forever to get that set up. They heavily doused the second room with airfreshener which wasn't a big deal. I had to cancel my reservation and the front desk person was no help at all

Thr back door wasnt secured with key access. Just unlocked at all times. So anyone can come in. There was mild on the curtains and ceiling above shower. The bedding was ripped with holes and stained. Wasnt refundble so had to stay.

Wasn't allowed to check in early without paying extra, food area had no napkins, public bathrooms had no paper towels. Diaper left in pool area, soggy food left around pool area, standing water had been in various areas, fans not turned on in pool area. I aquired COVID during my stay

So disappointing..
Cable TV was out out entire stay. For that reason was worse hotel experience I've had. Breakfast had No grab n go like they say they do. Biscuits &gravy was very good but been nice to have eggs in any form to go with. Shower was nice. I had to restock my own towels everyday and get toilet paper and more conditioner. Would Not stay here again. I suggest they put money earned back into hotel needs lots of updating. Pay few more dollars and stay elsewhere.

We paid $225 for one night at this property. The room was disgusting. The bed coverings had stains all over them. The upholstered chair had stains all over it. The blankets had tears and stains. The tv didn't work. The floor and surfaces were all sticky. It was probably the worst hotel room we've ever stayed in. If there had been another available room in the area, we would have left.

The supplies in our room were inadequate, no kleenex in bathroom,1 coffee cup for 2 people, antiquated tv and remote, minimal amount of towels and washcloths in bathroom. Breakfast was minimal, sausages but no eggs, Was less than most hotels serve for breakfast. It took forever to check-in because of training a new person and the clerk was very difficult to understand. Prior to leaving on our trip I called for an early check-in. Was told it would cost $50 extra to do that and get like an hour early check-in Over-all this was very disappointing.

Pretty typical low price point hotel. A bit dingy and dark, musty and smells of mold, sheets had some questionable stains but appeared to be clean. Chair in the corner of the room looked pretty well-worn. Lights were dim. Would not stay again but grateful for the shelter that evening

Staff wasn't to friendly. The breakfast was terrible and the beds look look they gad been there since 1980. We had fout people to the room and only got enough towels for one person. I had to buy towels and sheets and a comforter set in otder yo feel comfortable laying on the bed. OMG!
