It was a nice quiet hotel. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was excellent. The pool was cold for my preferences.

Easy check in and friendly staff. Pool was clean and so was the room. The pillows were kinda worthless so bring your own and the bed was quite hard.

The hotel is fine I’ve stayed there before. I had to cancel my hotel due to a blizzard coming through most of Iowa. I I was giving more than a 48 hour notice. When talking with Expedia through chat they would not reimburse me my money. They told me there was nothing they could do about it due to it being up to the hotel. I spoke with the hotel and they would have no problem reimbursing me, but since I booked through Expedia it was out of their hands. I will never use Expedia again. They are a bunch of crooks! I even tried to move to a different date since they would reimburse me. They said they could but there was a cancellation fine which was what the room cost. So either way I was out of my money!

There were two ball teams, both middle school age. We heard loud voices all night both nights and running up and down the halls. Three boys on our floor were playing in the ice maker. This went on until midnight because the parents were outside partying while the kids were inside rooms. We asked the front desk and were told “sorry, we can’t do much with these ball teams but thanks for being patient”. Won’t be staying there again during ball season for sure.

Very nice place to spend a night with kids & dogs
Great place to stay, booked last minute on a very busy weekend. Brought kids and dogs and everyone had enough room. Kids loved the pool, good size to swim around. Check in woman, sorry didnt get a name, went out of her way to find a needle yo fix up a swimsuit issue. You rock!

Great location! Hot tub was nice but bubble jets kept turning off within minutes; and I wouldn’t call it hot, more like warm. Also, bed was very hard. We didn’t sleep well for our entire stay.

Hampton Minimum Requirements, sorta
No non-dairy milk available. Sign says they can meet special dietary requirements. When I asked for a non dairy alternative the staff didn’t speak English but walked me over to front desk. There I was kindly told with a smile that Hampton only serves regular milk. Apparently the sign was for only some needs???? Oatmeal was pathetic. Worst I had ever seen at even the cheapest of hotels.
