“Nice Hotel”

Worked well for us, nice staff great location!

“Very Pleased”

We were happy with the size of the room and the amenities included in the room and in the rest of the hotel too (fitness area, access to internet). The breakfast was great, the location was great for us with restaurants next door and others in very short driving distance. Our only discomfort, tho very little, was the pool water was too cold for all 5 of us.

Was in town for a wedding, and, since we're from Iowa, we wanted to be in Ankeny rather than Des Moines were everyone else was staying. This was a great rate, and we knew that it was close to the interstate and everytyhing else we needed. Very accomodating staff, breakfast was wonderful, and close to everything. No complaints here!!

Check in was smooth and fast, room was very clean, pool was clean, breakfast had wide slection and plenty of food.

“Nice Hotel”

It is pretty much exactly like the pictures...the rooms are kind of clausterophobic though at first. Don't get me wrong..they were very nice, nice modern decor, clean, soft pillows, nice beds, very comfy..just small room. BUT, the bathroom was VERY big for a hotel...Pool was shallow, only 4 ft or so, but was nice for getting a little wet. Hot tub small too, only suposed to seat 3, could probably fit more. Service great, clean hotel. Breakfast was good...had TAZO tea :) I would recomend it. Not one where I'd want to stay forever, but was nice for one night.

No complaints about the hotel. We were only there a couple of nights so we didn't get to fully use everything, but they had a pool and a hot tub and free breakfast.

“It was great.. just had one issue.”

The room was great - beds are comfy.. staff was great. Had fun in the pool and the hot-tub. The only thing was - the elevator is right next to the pool area and the elevator smelled horrible. It's like you walked into a musty filled sauna. They should probably double check and make sure there's no type of mold issue. Otherwise - great stay. Loved their coffee they offered at the continental breakfast. Also - loved that they were within walking distance to some great restaurants.

“Mid May 4 day stay”

Overall this is an above iaverage hotel for the price. We asked for extra pillows ahead of time and they had them in the room! The microwave and refrigerator was a great help. The only negative was the waffle maker was broken the four days we were there, but that was no big deal for us. One morning the elevator was broken when I came down for breakfest but it was fixed by noon that day. The staff was very nice and helpfull.

“Pleasant Stay”

Really liked the wider stairs. Breakfast was standard, nothing surprising. Pool was very small - we were two of only six at the time so it worked out. Staff was pleasant - second desk staff was focused on computer - received no acknowledgement from him.
