“One of the worst I've ever seen.”
Lazy staff, dirty, and doors wouldn't lock
“Beware: If allergic to pets”
If you are allergic to pets or like to walk around with a layer of dog hair on your clothing then fine...I am and I don't. The room smelled like pet urine, and the chair was covered with dog hair...which I discovered after sitting on it and wearing a black pair of slacks. I did talk to front desk and was told that they allow pets on first floor. Unfortunately, they did not tell us this upon check in or we would have requested a different floor. They did ask if I was allergic to dogs, but otherwise didn't seem interested in hearing my complaint. Supposedly, they 'clean' the floors but not the furniture after a pet has been in room. We wiped the chair down with a damp cloth, 3 times before getting all the pet hair and dirt off of it. Not happy at all.
“It's Alright....”
The building is old. It's like polishing a turd, you can polish that baby until it shines but it's still a turd. It's like an abandoned office building with brand new furnishings. Maybe I got a bad room?? It's definitely not worth the price even if it is in a larger city. But the attached restaurant has the greatest service, those people are the best!
